Save yourself the trouble and order skip the dishes. While staying at the best western after a long drive we decided to grab food at the Rockies sports bar and grill, the service (at 7pm on a Tuesday) was very slow. First drinks took well over 15 minutes, I had ordered a starter salad that the staff elected to bring with my main course then second drinks took about 12 minutes ( I had ordered a bottle of beer) the burger was actually quite good but everything else was very mediocre. 4 drinks 2 burgers with fries and a very late salad was over 80 dollars, not exactly wowing anyone with service.

The rice bowls and naan bread are great! The lobster ravioli was over taken by salt. Garlic bread tatsed old and stale.The service was probably the worst service I have ever experienced in a restraunt. The staff were friendly, but lacked the very basic skills need to serve tables. They were completely inattentive and unaware of their surroundings. We had to call them over mulitple times to correct our orders and top up or beverages. There were 2 servers and only 3 tables both times we came. Sadly, we wont be coming back.The staff need base level training on waiting tables effectively and efficiently.

After a long road trip, it's a bonus if your hotel has a restaurant with lots of options. Even better when you have a gluten allergy and you're able to order regular dishes off the menu that blow you away!! Having lived in the UK and in British Columbia, we are very familiar with Indian cuisine as a go-to night out or take-out. We had no idea the Indian dishes in this place would be some of the best we've had in years!! We shared the Coconut Shrimp Curry, Chicken Tikka Masala, and the Mango Chicken and we couldn't decide on our favourite. All were sensational. Staff were also really helpful about gluten issues. We would eat here even if we didn't stay here! Well done, BW!

A really great place to eat, great service, delicious food. I had the fish and chips. It was 2 pieces of fish with fries. It was one of the best for sure. The next day for lunch I had the BLT. Very well prices meals and drinks. Happy customer here.

Good beer on tap, great snacks at the bar, open and airy.Kid-friendliness: Kids all over the place on weekends using the hotel pool next to the bar. Like drinking in a playground at times.

Excellent service at Rockies Bar and Grill the whole time I've been at the hotel during my stay. Had the Courtyard Pizza and thoroughly enjoyed it.

The bbq buffalo burger is delicious. Drink prices are very reasonable.
For starters, their hours are pretty inconvenient for being labelled sports bar.. most sports games done even end until 11 or even midnight or later depending the time zone the game is in. They are only open until 9 local time. The food is okay. We have had a few dishes.. Wings are heavily overpriced for the quality and amount you get. $15 a lb is outrageous. I can make better wings in my air fryer at home. The burger was average at best. The homemade recipe for the beef needs to be improved alot. Its very plain and not creative. Fries were good as well as the coconut curry spaghetti. Cesar salad with chicken is average but a generous portion. I think what bothers me the most is honestly the hours of the restaurant. Closing at 9 is a bit ridiculous.

Some of the worst food I’ve ever had!!!.My wife and I had the beef dip, the meat was freezing cold,the fries were rock hard and their gravy looked like brown water with no flavour??

I ordered a AAA steak sandwich with rice and they brought me the sandwich with fries. I called them to complain but they told me that is an extra change. It's your mistake not mine.
