2nd time iv been here over 10 years, last time was good this time very good ? I got large roll half and half beef and pork super good and Juicy I got the combo with a drink and a side but after the roll I was way to full to get into the side, definitely nice food but it is expensive cost me just over 30$ with 15% tip if you fancy Treating yourself to a good lunch definitely go in and get something but it's not something you do everyday for lunch lol staff was super helpful and nice to

Beef was dry service was extremely brutal if health and safety go to this place they could be out of business. No hair nets and no gloves, never once seen anyone wash there hands or anything touching the debit machine then going back to making food. The only positive is that it’s real meat not processed. Very expensive for what we got. Will not be back and suggest others to watch there meals being made you too will second guess this place.

Came to check out all the hype as we were told it was good food. If I could give this restaurant a big 0 I would. Ordered Mac and cheese NO onions got onions, kid scrapes them off and returns it to us! Have you heard of allergies? Not happy to remake it but did. Working manager comes in as they were busy. Hands in his pockets when he walked in and straight to work…have you heard of washing your hands. ? Nobody washing hands between tasks and hands on face,clothes etc. No hairnets on either of the 3 of them either! another couple gentlemen walked out as they seen no hands washed as the “working manager” walked in and straight to work. Nasty and believe me we shall spread the word before they spread germs. Wouldn’t give me any owner details and very crude about it! Yes a locally owned business but there’s still someone at the top. We and anyone we know will steer clear. Food was mediocre at its best. No offer of refund or partial refund. Do better !!! Happy customers create better business!! Clearly disgusted

I have been going here religiously for 9 years, taken all my visitors here and would give it a solid 5 stars every time except for today. The bread seemed different (grocery store bread vs their regular Italian centre bakery bread), the meat was undercooked and a bit pink and the au jus didn’t really hit as it normally does. I’ve always found the quality consistently excellent so today felt like a disappointment. Wondering if they’re cheapening out on ingredients or have new chefs? I hope not bc this is one of my fav Calgary eateries of all time

Awful experience, two people working there chose not to acknowledge me after 10 minute of standing alone in line. I appreciate they might want to get the previous order started but silence is just weird.

They need to have some training or different staff as I understood the food would have been good if I had ordered.

Excellent place to get lunch, great selection of sandwiches and wraps. I ordered the beef dip with a side of mac and cheese. The beef was incredibly tender and paired nicely with the pulled pork mac and cheese. If your looking for a good lunch this place is well worth a stop.

My co-worker and i stopped in for lunch one day, and it was hands down the greatest sandwich either one of us have ever had. 10/10 will definitely be trying again. price is reasonable. people are very welcoming and friendly

Wowzers. The reviews aren’t kidding. This really is the best roast beef around. It was really flavourful and juicy and fall apart tender without being complete mush. This is instantly crave worthy. I haven’t tried anything else yet as this was my first time but if they do beef this well, I can only imagine everything else is spectacular too

First timer here, and man was it delicious!! I didn’t catch the friendly staff member’s name who suggested the Cowtown Cheese Steak, but THANK YOU!! Perfect seasoning in the beef and the Cowtown Special side dish was bursting with flavours!
