I ordered Uber eats, I had big hopes, coleslaw was bland and not good at all. The sandwich was maybe a 5/10. Won't be back. A waste of money

I so wanted to love this place. Smells incredible, friendly guy making the sandwich, but my first red flag is when a high end sandwich shops weighs the meat before putting on the sandwich. They should heap it on for the price i paid. The bun to meat ratio was about 50/50, maybe even higher on the bun side. The hotdog style bun was not toasted and was cold. So little meat and sauce. Too bad...

Sad to say, but their quality has gone downhill in the last year or two. The meat for the cheesesteak is dry and over peppered, the cheese sauce has changed and is now bland and iffy at best. I USED to love cowtown and would go out of my way to order here or in bragg creek when that location was still in operation. I went in yesterday to see if the last time i ordered may have been an off day for them. It was not. I was very disappointed with my cheesesteak and very glad i only got a regular instead of a large. Unfortunately i will no longer be coming here for my cheesesteaks as it is just not worth it. Unsure what has changed in the past few years but very sad it has. I wouldnt recommend to anyone anymore.

Will NEVER eat here again! As I watch the person serving us type in our order and proceeded to make our order without washing her hands, just wiping her fingers on a nasty rag that probably has been sitting there all day. I watched her, just put her hand, without being gloved, into onions and putting them on my order. It really turned me off I couldn’t even eat it, had my husband take me home to find something else we could eat there’s no way after she handled my food ungllved and unwashed that I would eat it.

Had a “Cowtown Cheese Steak” Sandwich and it was the most flavourful sandwich i’ve had in a long time. Absolutely amazing with the Horseradish and Chipotle Aioli!

I just found the gem on my way into town! The service is so kind, reminds me of home (Newfoundland) - the owner is the sweetest, the food is amazing .. do. The. Thing.

Food was good, for the price you pay, the portions are on the smaller side like all bbq places. Disappointed.
