Was here recently for a company party. Great place to gather with friends and colleagues to enjoy after work. Easy to lose track of time when you're aving fun. And the nacho barrel is perfect to get the party started.

I’m deeply disappointed with the service I received at Craft in downtown on Sunday evening around 10:40 PM. My friends and I decided to visit for a casual night out, but unfortunately, our experience was far from enjoyable.

We ordered some mules that were poorly made, and to make matters worse, our server, Ashley, did not check on us for over 30 minutes. It felt like we were being ignored, and her attitude made me feel unwelcome as an Indian guest. This left a sour taste, especially in a city as diverse as ours.

When we finally requested the check, she didn’t even handle it herself but sent the manager instead. Thankfully, the manager was very kind and gracious, offering to host us again. While I appreciated her gesture, it didn’t fully make up for the disappointing service we received earlier.

I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better customer service for all guests, regardless of their background.

Was here for a company Christmas party and the catered food was absolutely awesome. Like better than what my family who's been doing turkey dinners for years could do. Staff were super nice and friendly too. Hope this message reaches the chef and cooks! Thank you!!

Had a fantastic time at this spot! The nachos were absolutely delicious—crispy, cheesy, and perfectly loaded with toppings. The drinks were refreshing and well-made, really elevating the experience. Anna, our hostess, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for a fun, relaxed outing!
