treated like they were doing me a favour by boxing my cupcakes. The girl with glasses and curly hair had a horrible attitude, acted annoyed by me simply ordering. I felt rushed and uncomfortable the whole time, resulting in me panic ordering and not getting items I wanted. When you spend $50 on cupcakes it would be nice to be able to select the flavours you want without feeling like the staff is doing you a favour by breathing the same air as you. Furthermore the cupcakes were hard as rocks despite the clerk going behind the counter to “get a fresh batch”. Save your money and go get some grocery store cupcakes for the same quality at a fraction of the price

Super disappointed at the crave experience from this location. I’ve had crave cupcakes many many times always picking up from the Kensington location. Starting off the service was abrupt, rushed and just not very friendly. Even more importantly, the cupcakes were the most disappointing, I could’ve done better at Safeway. Spent $40 got day-old or over cooked cupcakes with a sad little dollop of icing. This is not what you expect at all! For the price they expect you to pay they should be 100% every single time!

This is my go to place when I want to treat myself. I was so surprised when the gal behind the counter gave me the 3 cupcakes I wanted for free. It was my birthday and I was treating myself.

Hidden ingredient in pie that contains pork!! Be careful and read the ingredients in everything to ensure you’re not consuming something unexpectedly

UPDATE: the issue is that most people would never think that a pie would have an animal product of this nature. There should be a symbol like with dairy, eggs and wheat.

I recently ordered a cake online for my sister’s birthday! I had a request for cake to resemble a birthday cake from a movie! Not only was the cake decorated perfectly it was definitely one of the most delicious cakes we’ve ever had! My family are long time crave customers, and they never disappoint!!! Red Velvet is the best!!! I didn't have Red Velvet yesterday, so I went again today, and today the regular size was sold out, so I bought the mini. I highly recommend it ? I heard that Red Velvet sells out quickly even if you make twice as much, so please make more than twice as much.

I had the opportunity to taste Crave cupcakes and cookies few times, they are the best I have tried so far, amazing flavours and icing melts in your mouth. Team at the store is amazing and friendly Isabella always smiles and go beyond with her customer service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality products value for money..

The ladies at Crave Aspen never fail to impress with their hospitality and kindness!! I came in with a last minute request for a birthday treat for my mom and Susy saved me! She took the time to help me select my mom’s favourite flavours and customize a box of specialty half dozen birthday cupcakes. And the best part was how delicious each cupcake was! My personal favourites have been the carrot cake, just chocolate, and red velvet. Crave is always treat, 10/10 would recommend!

I recently visited Calgary for the first time & was recommended to try out Crave. We stopped in to the Aspen location - it was so cute and the place had such a friendly vibe. The cupcakes are delicious and all the staff are so happy and helpful. There was a line when we got there, and a little slow to move, so a better ordering process would make it super smooth. Definitely a hidden gem of Calgary and recommend a visit.
