Crave Cookies and Cupcakes Crowfoot

Nicest staff, delicious baking. I ordered two dozen cupcakes for my child’s birthday and ended up having to change the date of my preorder on them twice due to an emergency and the ladies I spoke to could not have been more understanding and accommodating. I really appreciated their kindness and because of this I will always support them and the crowfoot location in specific. Thank you for your great work.

Not sure what happened to crave but wow has the quality gone down. Dry cupcakes you're better off getting them from the grocery store.

I’ve been to this location 4 different times at different times of the day and each time I have been in looking for gluten free cupcakes I have been told that they are out for the day and to try again tomorrow or that they could offer us a cookie instead. My second last visit I was told they had some frozen but didn’t want to ice them so we would be unable to purchase any. When leaving this time I heard the two girls who were doing their close well before the end of the day, talking about us and rolling their eyes at us as we were walking out. The earliest visit was at 1:00pm; I understand running out but it’s been a consistent issue and the staff have been very rude in all of my encounters. I’ve tried going back in hopes that the first couple of tries were one offs but I will drive farther to avoid this location in the future, simply due to poor customer service, and staff with poor attitudes.

Beautiful location, only issue is selection seems a bit old sometimes.

The flavours are great and they always have lots of cakes available which is amazing.

Crave cupcakes is always a go to (for years!!) for special event treats! I’ve had a mix of the minis and original sizes, and though sometimes the og cake can be a little dry and cupcakes can be a little pricey, but the ones I picked up today were perfect! The team is always amazing, especially Keonna today who gave great recommendations!

Flavors are great but in my opinion the ratio of buttercream to cake is way off. The cupcake itself if really light and fluffy to be topped with so much buttercream. All 6 people at dinner removed a good portion of their buttercream. Docked another star just because for the price, they did not wow us.

Went to Crave for a birthday cake because I had enjoyed their cupcakes in the past. The cake was awful. It was stale and the icing was way too sweet leaving a horrible after-taste. I've had better cakes from grocery stores. Very disappointing.

Staff is always super friendly, helpful, and keep the place so clean! They always have a huge selection and the red velvet cupcakes are to die for.

Unfortunately the cupcakes I got for myself as well as a birthday were dry and stale - the same day they were picked up. Disappointed as these used to be the best cupcakes, but this time they were not even edible.

Purchased two cupcakes today, specifically asked if there was any nuts in the cup cakes. They said none, my friend ended up with allergic reaction.

Been going to Crave Cupcakes for years. I usually don’t go to this location, but moved recently so it was the closest one. Needless to say, I will not be back and be informing my neighbours the quality here is pretty poor.

The cupcakes were very dry !!!
I went in because I thought these were the same guys that sell at the Crossroads Farmers Market, but I was wrong.I got one strawberry vanilla, and one just plain vanilla.Both very very dry, and the srawberry vanilla one, tasted like whipped butter.I know it's buttercream, but I don't think it's supposed to taste like fresh out of fridge butter.
The Bliss&Co cupcakes at the farmers market are sooo moist and taste delicious.

I am giving 2 stars because of the hostile service and dry cupcakes.

I came in with my son and daughter on Friday, Sept 27 around 330. It was not very busy.

There was one person at the counter when we entered. A second person came to the front, who we had the misfortune of being helped by. She seemed very annoyed that we existed from the moment she appeared at the counter. I have never felt so unwelcome in a business. She was very short and rude and I was very taken aback by her snappy hostility. We felt like a burden and didn't appreciate her rude looks or attitude. The entire experience was very unwelcoming and was a lame way to ruin a fun outing with my kids while celebrating a birthday. The cupcakes ended up being very dry; they seemed stale. The icing was also so sweet it was sickening. I felt ill after eating a few bites.

Overall, we will not be popping in or ordering birthday treats here any more for parties.

I visited this store on September 27th at around 5 pm. Terrible, terrible service from the staff. It seemed like I was bothering them with my purchase. Cupcakes were decent at best.
