Crave Cookies and Cupcakes Willow Park

I was at opening day at the first location. In Kensington 20 years ago and Crave is still my favorite place! The quality of the product is second to none but more importantly the customer service is amazing! Crave Willow Park is more than a cake shop...it's a little piece of magic. Keep up the good work team! I appreciate you!

Great place ! Ordered a cake late and they were able to make it for the next day. Quick to reply. Easy pick up. I ordered a white ribbed cake - red velvet and cream cheese icing. No different than the cup cake. Delicious !

Spent $82 on 12 cupcakes, expected them to at least be fresh. I ordered the first 6 online then added to the order when I went to pick up, unfortunately they were disappointing. Only a few were actually fresh.

Go somewhere else for a cake!!

I ordered a cake (key lime, the smallest one for $90+), i wanted it for mid June but their last order day was May 30th.
They game me the instructions on how to freeze it. Followed them exactly how they told me to.

Unfortunately it didnt taste good. There was way too much frosting and what thew me off was that I ordered this cake thinking that it would be quite similar to the cupcake version. Which had a layer at the bottom of graham crackers.
Well to my surprise this cake didnt. IT BARELY HAD CRUMBS ON THE TOP.
Super disappointed that i paid top price for something that was just like a regular cake. One would assume that because your cupcake version had a layer of graham crackers that your cake would too.

I would suggest that if you purchase a cake. Make sure you speak to a baker to make sure what is included and whats ISNT.

Amazing experience ordering gender reveal cupcakes. I wanted to keep the gender a surprise for myself too and the communication from Crave was absolutely excellent to make it all go smoothly. The cupcakes were absolutely delicious too. Thank you!

Seems odd they’d have no cupcakes available on a Saturday afternoon

We looooooooooove the cupcakes so I thought when ordering a birthday cake we’d get much of the same, taste wise. Ordered my daughter the Shirley Temple cake for her 18th birthday, not cheap $70. Visually the cake was beautiful for her pictures. BUT we tossed 80% of the cake as it tasted terrible:(( Those who took a slice did not finish and when I tried it the next day I knew why!!! Blech.Thankfully I ordered cupcakes as well, those disappeared. I don’t know if something went wrong in the baking process or what but the cake was hard, dry and tasted stale. Also I requested the cake say “Happy 18th!” and it just said “Happy 18” which just looked weird but we went with it bc I didn’t check before I left with my purchase.

I ordered 4 dozen mini cupcakes from this location, a combination of holiday themed and regular. Placing the order online was hassle free, despite the busy holiday season! Cupcakes were delicious and moist.We had them delivered to our location, and could not control the delivery times. I needed the cupcakes by 5pm, but they arrived much earlier. So pick up the cupcakes yourself if you plan to receive them on time! Otherwise great service.
