Crave Cupcakes never disappoints! They always have a fantastic selection, and one of my all‑time favorites is the red velvet cupcake—it’s absolutely delicious. I also love trying their seasonal limited‑edition flavors; they’re always creative and delicious. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and service is always efficient, even when they’re busy. Definitely one of my go‑to spots for a sweet treat! Can't wait to go back :)

Ordered a cake for my friends 30th birthday and was very disappointed with the cake quality. The icing was okay but the cake itself had no flavour to it. For the price and reputation of the company I was very let down.

We have noticed the size has been reduced by about 1/4 in size. We tried the key lime special this month and other than a tiny squirt of the flavor in the center of topping it was bland and did not taste like key lime. Just not happy that the size is smaller.

Crave cupcakes are delicious and deservedly popular. It's too bad the experience of eating them is marred by the lack of hygienic standards in all of their locations. Part of it probably just has to do with the design of cupcakes, but touching other people's food with your bare, unwashed hands is unacceptable. Employees should at least be wearing gloves or using tongs when handling something that's going to go into the mouth of another person.

It goes like this:

- Random person goes poo at home, and doesn't wash their hands properly
- Random person with poo germs on their fingers has a hankering for a cupcake, and goes to Crave
- Random person with poo germs on their fingers grabs the debit terminal to pay for their cupcake
- Crave employee also handles the debit terminal, getting random person's poo germs on THEIR fingers
- Crave employee then handles YOUR cupcake, as the next person in line, transferring random person's poo germs onto it
- You go to enjoy your cupcake, getting a bonus side of random person's poo germs

I don't know about you, but I don't like eating poo.

Please, have a designated person accepting payment, and a designated person using tongs or wearing gloves for handling peoples' food. Quickly rinsing your bare fingers every now and then between serving cupcakes and handling things with poo germs on them doesn't cut it.

The store was supposed to close at 5pm on a Saturday, arriving before 4pm and there were no cupcakes. It looks like the ladies there couldn't be bothered to bring some out to sell.

Purchased 6 cupcakes jan 7. Got home and 3 of the 6 were dry and clearly at least a couple of days old. Icing was good, but the cake portion was very disappointing. Expect better when charged $24.50 for the 6 cakes. Expect a premium product foe that price

I was at opening day at the first location. In Kensington 20 years ago and Crave is still my favorite place! The quality of the product is second to none but more importantly the customer service is amazing! Crave Willow Park is more than a cake shop...it's a little piece of magic. Keep up the good work team! I appreciate you!

Great place ! Ordered a cake late and they were able to make it for the next day. Quick to reply. Easy pick up. I ordered a white ribbed cake - red velvet and cream cheese icing. No different than the cup cake. Delicious !

Spent $82 on 12 cupcakes, expected them to at least be fresh. I ordered the first 6 online then added to the order when I went to pick up, unfortunately they were disappointing. Only a few were actually fresh.
