Today, I had an unpleasant experience at this location. I asked the staff for a tissue for my child, and the response I received was shocking: I was asked whether I had purchased anything. When I said no, I was told they couldn’t give me a tissue. I understand policies about purchases, but the lack of basic kindness and empathy was surprising. It’s disappointing to encounter this kind of behavior, especially in situations involving children. I hope they consider improving their customer service in the future.

Fresh food and great taste. Nice meal for a quick lunch at a good price. I have the chipotle chicken avocado sandwich with 2 choice of salad and a water for 15$ . I always drop by when in the area and hungry!

I had visited the Chinook Mall location in Calgary 03/30/24, where I received a free birthday sandwich from my favourite take-out spot. However, I was disappointed to notice that the lady who made my sandwich put it on the grill and then went to do dishes while wearing the same gloves. When my sandwich was ready, she touched it with the same gloves that she had used for washing dishes. I expressed my concern to her, but unfortunately, she did not acknowledge my concerns regarding hygiene and food safety.I hope that this issue can be resolved, and I look forward to hearing back from you.

Craving salad sometimes. I used here before it was huge salad. Today it was good enough full amount. Salad combo is main salad with extra salad and a bottle of water. It was first time eating salad with salad:) beets was yummy! I feel healthier today.

Not great service. Asked for extra cheese and didn't get it (smallest sprinkle of cheese in bowl, realized once home unfortunately), worker gave me a big sigh with an irritated "ill have to charge you more" when I asked for more types of veggies which I'm more than okay with paying, I understand more items costs more, no prob. Wasn't done asking for items to be added to salad but they shut the container and walked to the register without asking if I was done adding. By that point I just got the vibe that the staff member felt so inconvenienced by me that I didn't want to have anything else anyways.

Yummy salad. Fresh/from frozen mango would be infinitely tastier than the tiny canned pieces. Plastics & styrofoam a major let-down :(
