Cultures is fantastic. Every time my sisters and I are at Chinook it is our go to and it has been for many years. It’s fresh, delicious and it’s healthier. I wish they were in south centre too. Soo good!

I enjoyed it, the forks are a difficult weapon to use against the vegetables, the salads. The smoothies are absolutely delicious, I enjoyed it THOROUGHLY. Highly recommend. You will not regret it. Get. The. Smoothie.

The food was not heated and raw. We expected broccoli to be properly boiled and them to give cheese, but it seems just that they cut raw vegetables and put in a bowl. Rice was also bland - wouldnt recommend unfortunately
Subway, TH are far better and have better quality and taste!

amazing salads, especially the 3-bean salad, beet salad and the bow tie greek, we also got chipotle chicken avacado sandwiches which are delicious a bit of a kick to them! 31 total for both meals and came w free water great service and they filled up containers too, highly recommend!

Today, I had an unpleasant experience at this location. I asked the staff for a tissue for my child, and the response I received was shocking: I was asked whether I had purchased anything. When I said no, I was told they couldn’t give me a tissue. I understand policies about purchases, but the lack of basic kindness and empathy was surprising. It’s disappointing to encounter this kind of behavior, especially in situations involving children. I hope they consider improving their customer service in the future.
Great-tasting and healthy options. Good quantity and value! Friendly and fast service. Good combo deals too. So happy with my choice!!! Enjoyed the pesto chicken + feta sandwich with 2 salad combo plus bottle of water for under $16 Beet salad and Greek salad. Lots of other choices.

I had visited the Chinook Mall location in Calgary 03/30/24, where I received a free birthday sandwich from my favourite take-out spot. However, I was disappointed to notice that the lady who made my sandwich put it on the grill and then went to do dishes while wearing the same gloves. When my sandwich was ready, she touched it with the same gloves that she had used for washing dishes. I expressed my concern to her, but unfortunately, she did not acknowledge my concerns regarding hygiene and food safety.I hope that this issue can be resolved, and I look forward to hearing back from you.
