We ordered the primavera past which was the worst pasta I ate. Literally no flavor and had to wait 20 minutes for it to arrive cold. We got the spicy chicken poutine too which was alright, it was just loaded with hot sauce and cold too. I would not recommend at all.

Please either increase the staff, or reduce the number of tables if you are not able to handle the rush. We waited 20 minutes for someone to take our order. At least tell the people before hand that you are not competent enough on a particular day to handle the orders. Just left the restaurant without ordering anything. Pathetic!

Terrible customer service. If you’re Asian, don’t go—they might not like Asian customers. The girl was friendly to others but rude to us. We arrived first, but she served two later customers with a smile while ignoring us. She didn’t even replied to our hello instead of saying it first.

Love the desserts here, and love coming for birthdays and for a sweet tooth. The service is good and always busy. They have great menu varieties.

A solid 4.5star place…. tough to reach a 5star the way I rate so the main idea that pops in my head is door opening service at the entrance. Staff were ALL AMAZING. Three of us visited our first time and had desserts. My dessert was ordered with hazelnut ice cream and oops it came out with vanilla and the waitress realized and brought the hazelnut RIGHT away without us even requesting it so we had a bonus and enjoyed both ice creams then had hazelnut cheesecake to take home. The decor is very fun and colourful. A party room would be awesome… not sure if some locations have one though the waitress said for groups they can just give groups a section.

Super cute inside with an extensive menu, service and food coming out is quite slow. Everything is generally yummy, but this last time it's like they changed the crepes? So they were not as good, hot dogs were good (beef) but it destroyed my system lol
Bathrooms the last couple of times prior to this one were super gross, didnt attempt to go this time.

Overall like this place but some menu options are lacking. Ordered a Ferraro cookie skillet to go and it was super dry and tasted strongly of preservatives to the point that it was a bit bitter. I can understand that taste in Safeway cookies but for $20 at a restaurant I expect a freshly baked cookie. Other options are hit and miss - I’ve gotten their lava cake and loved it and gotten it again and found it without lava lol.

Now I pretty consistently get the sticky toffee pudding and it’s delicious and usually a safe bet! Some variability in how moist it is but 4/5 times it’s been great!

Restaurant vibe is nice but it’s getting a bit grungy and staff isn’t keeping up with the cleaning. A wiped off table that’s ready could use a few more swipes etc

I got half box, no green pepper, 4 pieces of chicken, very light sour cream, I asked specially for sour cream because they forgot last time.
If someone is paying 1 hour pay to you guys, you should be making them happy
