I asked for extra toppings and
ingredients in my Tornado, they put them
in for free, where otherwise it could cost
$1 per additional topping. Good tasting
desserts and excellent coffee as well. Highly recommend

Food looked pretty but was extremely disappointing. The ice cream tasted gross, with no flavour and the food tasted like it was fried in old oil. Waste of $60 and do not intend on going again. Bathrooms were absolutely gross and dirty as well with no paper towel.
I had a great experience with one of the staff members Patty. She was incredibly nice and friendly. I was a bit confused about which product I had tried before, but she patiently helped me figure it out and even made the exact same thing. Her customer service was excellent, and I really appreciate her kindness. Highly recommend!

This evening, we bought a small chocolate cake. The taste was rich in chocolate, yet it was fresh and tasty. Besides the cake, the kindness of the staff truly stood out. Even though we hadn't thought to ask, they provided us with a balloon, a note card, a sparkler, and a 'Happy Birthday' sign, which made our last-minute preparations so much easier. I sincerely appreciate their thoughtfulness and excellent service!

The asian lady at the counter is very rude. She kept on giggling with the staff rather than helping the customers. The food is good but they can provide good customer service.
The deserts were amazing I wasn’t a bing fan of there onion rings but you have to try the chipotle chicken poutine and the crepes are AMAZING
