Poor service! They made their own mistake toward to customer. I was bought Two cakes there , one of it had the price tag shows 34.99, when I paid, the lady told me that “They “ put the wrong price tag should be 44.99, I requested mangers but they just said not available.
Well , if you put the wrong tag that was your fault but now ours fault.
We bought 2 Cakes and I just feel like the employees don’t know the flexibility and do not take responsibility for the wrong price tag.

I want my banana split! dont make me call my mommy! Tell me you don’t know how to make a banana split without telling me you don’t know how to make a banana split!! I called the restaurant and let them know how I got my banana split and the owner said he has not heard a complaint like this in 10 years and he says if you don’t like it don’t come back. I hope that other people are treated far better than this! i had to cry myself to sleep with MY BROKEN banana split while i JERKED OFF to minecraft gameplay!! WORST NIGHT EVER!!, and not even mentioning that my dog IS DEAD under MY COUCH

This is the worst customer service I have ever received in Calgary also I have supported this particular Dairy Queen for over 10 years now fortunately, there are lots of other places I can get ice cream in Calgary, cos im NEVER COMING BACK. LEAVE ME ALONE, DONT EVEN TRY!

Friendly good staff
Bun on the cheeseburger was dry and hard to eat. The fries and chicken strip both over done and tasted of old oil, darker than should be. Won't return sadly 😔

Five Years Earlier
Over the years we've ordered many cakes from this location. I've brought in photos for the artwork (yoshi, beenie boo's, a Tesla to name a few) & every cake ends up looking even better than the picture I brought!

Ordered two large Pecan Turtle Blizzards and both had very few mix-ins. The top was basically just plain ice cream, and had to scoop through the whole thing to see if anything was added. Most of what was there was stuck at the very bottom, and even then it was still pretty minimal for a large. Just disappointed

With every dairy queen that i've gone to, I would. Order a grilled Chicken Sandwich with an extra piece of chicken.This particular location said no. However if I asked for an extra hamburger patty i'm sure that would be fine.

Not friendly

This location has been continuously going downhill. 9-years ago I gave it 5-stars but after today it was time to finally downgrade that.

Food doesn’t taste as good, and Blizzards are not mixed properly and they are lacking enough fillings.

Service is poor as well, very slow and sometimes even rude.

Today, National Ice Cream day, they advertise 85-cent cones and I take my family of five there and they would only allow one person to get the 85-cent cones and everyone else was full price! I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told there was none working. I asked to speak with a manager and was again told none were working. I don’t appreciate being lied to, as I could see through the drive-through window that the owner was standing right there.

I won’t be spending any more money at this location.

I went recently for a nice lunch with my grand kids and I have to say that it was the most amazing experience I’ve ever had

The service is soo slow. Took them 5min to notice me at the front and I was the only one in the store. Then another 10+ to make my food. They were prioritizing drive thought and uber eat over guests in the dairy queen.
