Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I had the Ranch burger, Cherry shake and Fries. The wife had her favorite Peanut Buster parfait. Always nice to stop at the Dairy Queen and grab lunch.

The service is decent but I've recently learned that their pricing is much higher than the one 3kms away so I won't be returning. My cake was $7 mire at their location. Kinds meal is $3.50 more. Unfortunately the value just isn't there.

$12 for two micro blizzards, no napkins, and horrible service. Dairy Queen won’t live long operating like that.

just always a bad experience. they struggle so hard with simple customizations on orders. also I caught them once not flipping my blizzard so I asked about the free one. they said “sorry we don’t do that anymore” then the next time I came they were showing us the flipped blizzards?

the people that work here are so bad at their jobs its mind boggling. i used to work at a dq its not that hard trust

I drive through once in a while. I live close by. Fries were very cold & soggy. Tasted left over & microwaved. Gross. Burgers are just off compared to other DQs. Won't go here again except for ice-cream.

Increasingly disappointed…staff always seem perpetually frazzled by orders and unfriendly. Chocolate shake was closer to chocolate milk. Not sure we’ll go back.

Amazing service. Sadden to hear that Orange Julius was discontinued at this restaurant. But the amazing person who served me (female w/ purple hair, never caught her name) went above and beyond with my milkshake order.

Telling a customer that putting their sauce on the side is “impossible” is absolute insanity

Never had any problem with this place. Food is always good for its price. Service is also consistent!

The burgers aren't that great and the blizzards just don't seem to be what they used to. Ever since DQ discontinued the butterscotch dipped ice cream cones and the hot dogs I have not had much reason to return except for the occasional Cheesecake blizzard.
