I don't know why, but orders at this DQ is always more expensive than the exact same order at other nearby DQ. They have a nice parking lot and a nice dining room, and it's usually very quiet. I asked the manager about the price difference with other DQs, and he just said that's what the prices have always been.

Rude employee female on her phone the whole time seems to be a manager but she doesn't know DQ policy's please fix this dq you have just lost me as a customer because of how she was acting and swearing at customers as well
I recently visited this location twice, but unfortunately, had subpar experience. First issue: I received a cup with food smeared on it from someone's fingers. Thankfully, the staff replaced it promptly.
Bigger concern: The day before, I ordered chicken strips and fries with a coupon. Unfortunately, the strips were mostly breading with very little actual chicken. Disappointing, as this location used to serve better-quality chicken strips.
Due to this, I won't be purchasing their chicken strips again.
Improvement suggestions:
- Enhance cleanliness and attention to detail - Revamp chicken strip recipe to increase meat content
