We had an awesome experience here at the DQ Bow trail. Staff are so friendly and helpful! We only got the shake and blizzard and yet we still felt very well-served. Hands down one of the best customer service! We went to take a seat and they brought us our order… which is not common nowadays in the fast food industry. Usually, restaurants just call you to grab your order when it’s ready.
Keep up the excellent work, DQ Bow trail! Your hard work, clean atmosphere, and friendly service is so welll-appreciated.

so to preface I am a terrible planner so when I called this DQ to get a custom cake done for today, not only were they a delight on the phone , when I got there the whole team was 10/10 with their service , special thank you to Galani who made all my asks met , I could not be more grateful for this team who’s made my friends birthday extra personable and special .

Good DQ overall although they often forget to ask or scan my points in the drive through before paying. So note to self, you have to ensure to tell them you want to scan your points before paying! Otherwise you have to manually load them in later via your receipt.

Pulled in there tonight and ordered a blizzard and a pup cup for my dog.
I had to repeat which blizzard I wanted 3 times. It wasn't noisy and English is my first language (not meant as a racial comment, just that there was no accent making me difficult to understand).
I pull up to the window, she confirms my order and I paid her. The blizzard was as ordered, no complaints there. The pup cup however was pathetically small. She handed me one of those paper ketchup cups with a tiny dollop of soft serve in it, not the regular container all other DQ's use. I get it's free and a courtesy, but that's incredibly cheap IMHO.
I'm a glass half full guy and rarely complain, but the stingy pup cup will prevent me from going back to this location.
Tried to call them for 3 hours, because a Uber eats order showed up at my door that didn'tbelong to me. They wouldn't answer the phone. They are still open for 3 hours!! And they won't answer their phone!!pretty shades if you ask me. Makes me think they are nervous about screwing up orders .

This is by far the best DQ in the city. I live in coach hill so there is a different location that is also close to me. However Bowtrail is worth the extra drive. They always put effort in their food and drinks. We just ordered a cake for my daughters birthday and they did a fabulous job!
