Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

We went through the drive thru on September 25 at 6:15pm. We were handed 4 ice cream cups that were literally covered in ice cream. No amount of napkins could clean up the mess. My wife also had a large piece of plastic in her ice cream. What happened to this DQ? Terrible experience

I ALWAYS go to this Dairy Queen location for my cakes. They have NEVER disappointed me. I’ve brought photos (not this one) and they always look amazing. Give them 24 hours and they will not disappoint. I love what they did for my son’s cake today (asked for a turtles blizzard cake). I will recommend this location to everyone.

We just picked up, but we had to wait an extra 20 minutes for our chicken sandwich and they didn't give us forks for the poutine.🤔

Pre-ordered a cake (48hrs in advance), came to pick it up and no cake was ready! Very disappointed!

Delicious food here, although once my grandmother was charged the wrong amount for something she ordered.

Literally just. Watched a dog eat on t of a girl's hand, and lick off the mess before she handled my food.

Came in 4:28 had to leave at 4:55 with no food or else I wouldve been late for work. Only ordered onion rings and a hamburger :( ice cream was good tho

The service and staff were very nice. The ice cream tasted very artificial or manufactured in some way. Did not taste at all like ice cream.

Came in to get two different blizzards. The staff member forgot to put chocolate sauce into one of them. When we came back in to check that they had made it correctly the staff member said that the sauce was in the bottom. When we went home to eat. We found out there was no sauce in the Blizzard this isn’t the first time this has happened at this location ether. Unfortunately this problem could have been solved if the staff member had listened to our concern instead of disregarding it. Most likely we will not be going back.

Run by young teenagers with no clue what they're doing and horrendous attitudes. They always look so exhausted and upset to be there, even the one middle aged woman. I'm tired of coming in, rarely already at that, and hearing all the discourse and drama the teens have going on in their worlds. Very loudly for the rest of the building to hear. Just an overall negative environment. I'm all for giving kids an opportunity to join the working field and gain experience, but they're quite rude and snotty to guests. To be fair, their highschool-age employees are overworked and underpaid. I hope they know there's better places to work for while in school out there.

Don't go 20 minutes before close. Showed up at 10:10 pm and they claim they are only doing pops as they close soon.... June 4 2024. If you guys aren't doing your menu why not just close at 10 instead of 1030. Super weird but okay.
