Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Run by young teenagers with no clue what they're doing and horrendous attitudes. They always look so exhausted and upset to be there, even the one middle aged woman. I'm tired of coming in, rarely already at that, and hearing all the discourse and drama the teens have going on in their worlds. Very loudly for the rest of the building to hear. Just an overall negative environment. I'm all for giving kids an opportunity to join the working field and gain experience, but they're quite rude and snotty to guests. To be fair, their highschool-age employees are overworked and underpaid. I hope they know there's better places to work for while in school out there.

Don't go 20 minutes before close. Showed up at 10:10 pm and they claim they are only doing pops as they close soon.... June 4 2024. If you guys aren't doing your menu why not just close at 10 instead of 1030. Super weird but okay.

We went through the drive-through and I ordered a caramel moo latte. I got it in the wrong cup and it looks nothing like the picture. I’ve ordered the drink before and it comes exactly like it’s supposed to and I took it in to get it replaced and the manager was so rude and I have never felt so bad for asking someone to fix something. She made it personal almost and was angry at me no smile no apology. No nothing. I was afraid to drink the one she made so I had to throw it in the garbage . What a waste of $12. I will never go there again. I would strongly recommend finding a different Dairy Queen it’s dirty the bathroom smell very poor management.

Good food but I ordered online and I did not get any of my dipping sauces and gravy that I ordered. I called the store and they said they would give me $10. My gravy and dipping sauces were more than $10. Nothing for the inconvenience. Disappointed.

I see shrinkflation is a real thing! The small is now micro-mini and I asked for extra whip cream & although they charged me for it I got a bare dalip! I’ve gotten 3 times more at other DQ’s when I never asked or paid for extra!

Preordered a cake , wasn’t ready for when it was picked up, rushed the cake and this is what we got ! ( over 48 hrs notice )Not only a messy cake design but not cookie or fudge in the middle of the cake . Don’t order from here !

I’ve been going here for a few years now, and the last couple times I’ve went for a blizzard and my order has been extremely disappointing. I typically order a Reese’s peanut butter cup blizzard. The last few times the people making my blizzard have put maybe 1 peanut butter cup in the whole blizzard, making it 98% plain vanilla ice cream. So I guess if you want any half decent ice cream at all I’d pick a different location now.

Just mediocre in terms of food and service. Staff were a group of teenagers and much more interested in socializing than the service. One of the girls was cleaning tables at one point, and the degree to which she hates her job was evident. Again, the only smiles were between themselves. Food was nothing great. Chicken strips were dry, onion rings were also dry. Nothing to entice me to return, by far.

Good location, friendly staff, clean restaurant. The $1.99 burgers are actually really good!

Amazing service and lovely burger at a budget. Love the beautiful outdoor view with the sun roof and nice atmosphere for both family and evening with friends.

We’ve been to this location a number of times before and we’ve always been happy with the food and service. We recently purchased some milk shakes, sundae and a birthday cake here. delightful treats that my family enjoyed and the cake was beautifully decorated and everything was prepared well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you all so much. We hope more people will enjoy the awesome treats you offer.
