Decided to give this location another chance since I live 5 mins from here. My mistake! First they got my order wrong. Then this is the Skor blizzard they made me with barely enough topping to change the color of the soft serve! DQ corporate compliance, please do something about this location!

Went in tonight to this location to grab dinner… was greeted nicely by the person in the drive thru. I got the food and brought it home only to be horrified by grey chicken strips that were cold and old. I then opened the queso sauce that I was given to find a strip of mold and the smell was pungent. I tried to call them to let them know but their number is out of service. Will never come back here.

I usually like DQ wraps, but this location was really disappointing. The chicken wrap always tastes off the lettuce is usually soggy, as you can even see lettuce is browning, the sauce seemed separated so either it’s old or just not properly stored, and the cheese had an unpleasant flavour. I’m not sure what the issue is with the taste, but something is off, it might be the cheese. Idk, maybe there’s a lack Of FIFO or something idk. I Even tried to give another chance and asked for fresh chicken hoping that was the issue, but once again the overall quality just wasn’t there.

It feels like ingredients weren’t fresh or were sitting too long. Consistency really matters, especially when other DQ locations do this item well. I hope management looks into food quality and prep standards here.

The drive thru sucks they can not seem to hear. They only have one person working at a time. They do not pay attention nor ask how people are paying they assume that its debit card. After taking my payment they proceed to make kenwait another 5 minutes for my two cheese burgers and a small pepsi

This location has always been slow, I know that in advance when I go there. I've always seen terrible things posted in the community groups, and sure I've had some extra slow service and some less than fresh food, but these last 3 visits over the past 6 months were terrible and after many years I will not ever be returning.
Visit one, we walked in, the entire building was filled with smoke, everyone was operating like it was completely normal, I couldn't even breath. Visit two was drive through, when we got to the window to pay they said they couldn't make one of our items because their oven wasnt working, instead they said sorry would you like fries instead, I said sure, but expected a refund of the difference as the small fry they gave me was much less money than what I ordered, the guy at the window said he didnt know how to do that, I didnt argue a few dollars because it was late and we left. The food was so stale and the chicken strips were so small my 4 year old ate all and was still hungry. Visit 3 was the last straw, with a burger we ordered the pretzel sticks and queso. The bread sticks were rock hard, completely inedible and the queso was moldy (pictured) The entire meal was thrown in the trash, I didnt even look at the burger and didnt bother calling to complain because best they will do is a credit in store and I dont plan to return. Too many chances given.

The ice cream is so airy, it has the consistency of whipped cream. Not satisfying. The photo is after it had been sitting in the freezer for 30 minutes, and it looks like melted ice cream, but that’s actually not the case.

I was asked to tap my card three times because my transaction didn't go through. I checked my bank statement and I was charged three times. I talked to the manager and owner and they were not willing to return my money, they said it was my banks mistake. I have never been so frustrated with someone not willing to rectify a problem they caused. I will never return to Dairy Queen again !!
