Horrible service made me wait in the drive thru

There was a hair in the icecream. I had points they would not redeem them and they’re rude every time I come in.

The ice cream is so airy, it has the consistency of whipped cream. Not satisfying. The photo is after it had been sitting in the freezer for 30 minutes, and it looks like melted ice cream, but that’s actually not the case.

Absolutely horrendous food and service!!!!

Never going back.

I was asked to tap my card three times because my transaction didn't go through. I checked my bank statement and I was charged three times. I talked to the manager and owner and they were not willing to return my money, they said it was my banks mistake. I have never been so frustrated with someone not willing to rectify a problem they caused. I will never return to Dairy Queen again !!

Every time I go to this location for a blizzard it I'd never mixed. I oordereda chocolate brownie extreme, and I got vanilla brownie extreme. I am highly disappointed in my visit, and I will not be eating here again

they close the walk in access at 2200, contrary to their advertised times, and thr drive thru is open until 2230 not closed at 2200 as advertised.

Waited 10 minutes in the drive threw for our food once we received our burgers we notice the bag was cold to the touch, I took a bite of one of the burgers to discover the burgers where completely cold. The lady working there was mad at me for complaining. so much for Quality food & customers service.

I ordered a 4 piece chicken finger basket with gravy at the drive through. The staff put the gravy in the bag with NO lid. It slopped all over everything in the bag, and leaked all on my seats.
Absolutely no effort put into bagging my order. Lazy bunch of staff. Won’t eat from that location ever again. Zero stars

This is by far the worst run dairy Queen in the city. My order is always messed up. Stale hard buns, sloppily made burgers, and I have never once seen them mix up my blizzard. It's honestly beyond ridiculous.

I love the section of this Diary Queen where it seems to look like a greenhouse , but in a fast food chain ! . The food here is unlike anywhere in Calgary , serving it hot , delectable and fast . The servers were super nice , especially one of them who's name is Maye . Her attitude towards this establishment brings joy in her piers and the people around her , she's the definitely someone who you should consider to be your server in the drive through at Dairy Queen ! . The ice cream stays cold , even in hot temperatures which is honestly quite impressive . Any issues within the establishment is immediately taken care of by the employees ! . I recommend this branch of Dairy Queen .
