I went here on free cone day, and they told us they were “sold out” of FREE CONES?!? Tell me, how does an ice cream store sell out of ice cream and cones? They turned off the lights to the restaurant at 8:30, even though it is open until 10:30. Appalling service.

Multiple times over the past few years I have tried to eat at this location and every time I have been extremely disappointed or dissatisfied with food, service and image of this restaurant.
How can DQ as a brand let this single franchisee destroy the company image and tarnish the reputation for so many?
The entire community dislikes the ownership and staff service.
What will it take for DQ to audit this location?
DQ corporate needs to intervene and close this location.

Me and my partner went through drive through, we waited and once we were ask what we’d like to order we very clearly stated we wanted a large Oreo blizzard with EXTRA Oreos and a medium royal Oreo blizzard with EXTRA Oreos and a pack of buster bars. The guy who took our orders seemed very rushed even though it was not busy and was talking way to fast, also seemed like he really just wanted to get the order done and over with. We then got our ice cream and due to it being dark out we couldn’t really see the ice cream until we arrived home. I looked at mine and my partners blizzards and was very disappointed to find hardly any Oreos, I then tasted mine and was very displeased to just taste vanilla ice cream. Next time people ask for extra Oreo’s just give them what they are paying for or you’re gonna lose customers.

Not sure who owns this place but it seems like family. Ice cream was far too soft to the point of melting before we got our order

I waited 20 whole minutes for 2 small parfaits, asked specifically for cold fudge multiple times but apparently that was too hard to do even in the 20 minutes. Slowest DQ I've ever been to, not sure why simple directions for orders could not be followed.

Ordered a mushroom burger, light sauce. After a couple bites opened it up to see why i wasn't tasting mushroom, and only 1 mushroom slice was visible. Brought it to the counter to show them, and that I expected more than 1 mushroom slice. Clerk was polite but Supervisor argued that I ordered light mushrooms & light sauce. Then they made me a replacement burger that was in a grease soaked bun that after one attempted bite I tossed it out and left. I do not recommend their mushroom burger, unless you like few mushrooms in a grease soaked bun.

Walk in and stand there for 4 minutes before an employee even looked at me. Watched an employee on a presumed break walk in front of me to filll her soda and then go back to her seat all while no one exists behind the counter. Just abysmal service for 5:50pm on a weekday.

Recently had a cheeseburger here with onion rings. The onion rings tasted like the oil was weeks old, they were not edible and thrown out. The cheeseburger was really off, something wasn’t right about it. Ended up being sick the next day from this meal. Not sure what’s up but this place really needs some care from the owners, if you don’t love what you do, don’t do it. Simple. Peoples health are in your hands and we’re not only trusting you but also paying you to deliver quality food that won’t make us sick. Please do better.

Consistently terrible product and service. The restaurant kitchen looks like it’s being held together with duct tape. We go back every once in a while hoping it might improve but I don’t think the franchise owners care. Previous blizzard tasted like fry oil. This last one was so runny they had to put an extra lid on it and it still spilled everywhere. What happened to “flip or free”? There was no way you could flip that blizzard but the staff probably don’t know the tradition or anything about the standard of customer service or product quality that used to be expected. Avoid this place if possible.

By far the worst Dairy Queen in the city. Brown lettuce in my burger that they got wrong. Burgers put together with no care. Got my complete order wrong. The pop always has floating ants. I don’t know how this place stays open or passes a health inspection. Not sure how many complaints can be put I before something is done. Close it down so we can have something better.

This location needs a serious overhaul. I seldom write bad reviews but this review is needed. Raw chicken, melted ice cream, milkshakes that are basically lukewarm milk, 15 minute wait time to get one item when there is no lineup, constant missing items.. it’s so so so bad. I keep trying to give this location another chance but each visit is worse than the last. No more, will drive elsewhere.
