Came thru the drive thru around 5:45 p.m. was trying to get the BOGO 1.99 Blizzard. The lady trying to get my order didn’t understand what I was trying to say so I told her that I’ll just come inside.
I went and ordered it and waited. When it was done, another of her coworker came and gave the blizzards to me with the spoons on the table with no napkins or anything. Nothing crazy but I just find it unsanitary. I asked them politely if I could get new spoons and they did gave me new ones.
Drove back home just to find out that they made one of the blizzards wrong and so I went back. As I was explaining, she finally understood but she made me pay more than I should’ve. The amount I paid wasn’t matching the coupon/total.
Regardless, I was very disappointed as she didn’t clarify the first time I ordered and had to drive back and had to pay more than I should’ve. I’ve been working in and out of the food industry since 2018 and this is not it. Hopefully the management should train their staff well, or at least better.

Disappointing overall, the supervisor was unnecessarily yelling across the store at an employee over what seems to be something minor. It was just an uncomfortable atmosphere to be around and overall unprofessional of her. I hope she gets fired

I usually don’t leave reviews, but my experience at this Dairy Queen really bothered me. While I was sitting and eating, I overheard the supervisor, I believe her name is Randeep, speaking harshly to one of her employees behind the counter. Her tone was loud, dismissive, and honestly uncomfortable to listen to. She seemed really rude and her tone was quite condescending, it seemed to me like she had no patience. The poor employee looked embarrassed and nervous. It completely ruined the atmosphere and made me feel bad for the staff. A supervisor should build people up, not tear them down in front of others. I left feeling disappointed and concerned for the employees who have to work under her.

Usually this DQ is excellent. I like how consistent they make their blizzards. Last night I went there between 7 amd 8pm and had the worst pumpkin pie blizzard EVER. It had huge chunks of some kind of flavored hard ice milk. The staff member didn't greet me at the drive thru window, but instead waited for me to say hello and then asked me to wait. There was maybe 1 other person in the restaurant at that time. When I drove up to the window they were very flat and simply took my payment and handed me this awful version of a pumpkin pie blizzard. YUCKUS!

I ordered a Dairy Queen Blizzard and it was a really enjoyable treat. The ice cream was creamy and smooth, and the mix-ins were blended well so that every bite had a good balance of flavor and texture. It was served cold and thick, just the way a Blizzard should be, and the portion size was generous for the price. Service was quick and friendly, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was a satisfying dessert that I’d definitely order again.
I went here last night and ordered a pumpkin pie blizzard with extra chunks. While I was in the drive thru window I could see them making it and it was so soupy that it was running over the sides of the cup and they were scooping the ice cream into the garbage can so they could get a lid on. I got home and tried to take the blizzard out of the drink tray and the entire lid exploded and cup spilled all over my kitchen counter.. the ice cream was more like soup .. I called and complained because I just paid 10$ for the ice cream that was soup all over my counter. They put too much pumpkin filling ilim the cup and over filled the ice cream so it was just pouring out. They argued me on the phone that I should call back another time because it was to noisey there instead of just stepping to the back to speak to the customer on the phone. I worked at Dairy Queen for years and if someone orders extra chunks in a blizzard you don't fill half the cup with sauce making it a cup of soup... They told me I could come back through drive through and they would make it again and I told her that most of the blizzard was in my kitchen sink as it had exploded and I cleaned up the mess and she said that was fine. So I went my husband back and they tried accusing him of eating half the blizzard because it was half gone. They did end of remaking it but she was noticeably rude in the process.
We will be taking our service to sandstone location as they are much more friendly and would never serve something to a customer that is over filled and bound to explode!

We ordered a Birthday Cake for a special birthday and pickup was for Friday, July 11, 2025. The cake ordered was a Gluten Free SKOR Blizzard cake. The cake was stunningly decorated and was absolutely delicious. The cake decorator at the DQ Hunterhorn location did a fantastic job. To the Cake Decorator; Thank you so very much. This cake was exactly what we wanted. Thank you for your input, artistry and professionalism. We will definitely be back for these beautifully decorated and decadent ice cream cakes. Hats off to this cake artist.
