Ordered Mobile. Said it would be ready for 2:15 (est). Progress went from in progress to completed. Went in stood at the mobile pick up counter. Wasn’t helped for almost 10 minutes. They shouted out if anyone was there for mobile. I said ya me :). They said to me oh so sorry, you have to tell us your here for mobile pick up and then we make it. 45 minutes after I ordered I now have food. Thanks but no thanks. Coulda got faster service at the keg ffs. That location has gone down hill for sure.

Fast food chains are just dependent on the staff- they're fair. For what they get paid for. People shouldn't complain about wait times. Training is by proper management. *shrug*
Good food! Not cheap. Very interesting that the have a deal for a cheeseburger, fries, drink and a sundae for $8. But when you buy the same cheeseburger by itself, it costs $6. So a cheeseburger with bacon lettuce and tomatoe is $8

We ordered drinks Misty slush and lemon like and ice cream with peanut butter.
Nice but quite sweet Ice cream with peanut butter - nit my type but acceptable.
I ordered a medium dipped cone, a peanut buster parfait and one of their new skor brownie cups. The medium dipped cone was the size of most DQ locations kids cones, the peanut buster parfait was so small it didn't come over the cup lip. The skor bronwnie cup had 4 of their red scoops of icecream that was it. This place has been going down hill but I feel like now its just hit rock bottom. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION. Go the extra 10 minutes to la diperie, its worth the extra time.

Apparently they don't modify anything on the menu. You're telling me someone cant ask for no pickles? No extra bacon or anything? Cant switch out a beef patty for chicken? I've been getting the same damn sandwich every single time i go there for the last like 15 years. Now suddenly its an impossible task that can not be accomplished. Y'all too damn expensive to not be able to modify a burger in any way. Honestly insane lmao
Edit for owner: First of all we ordered it chicken flamethrower multiple times through the intercom and the drive thru attendant kept changing it to spicy chicken. Second the way you are suggesting I order it with extra this and extra that would likely cost more than changing the beef for chicken. Which i am assuming is why all that has been changed. Third i did mention they said- and i quote- "We do not modify anything on the menu." So why can i not ask for chicken instead of beef but I CAN ask for extra other stuff on a totally different sandwich? Which again would likely just cost me more over all than just paying the price difference for chicken. Both are modifications, no? I mean really every other DQ has had no problem doing this, just you guys. Pretty wild if you ask me
