Great Dairy Queen! Every time I order on Uber Eats and i call them to change my blizzards to lightly blended they’re always so friendly and kind. Great staff at this location. :)

A super disappointing establishment.
The staff doesn’t put any effort into their product.
Often “forget” to include the extras you pay for, and when called out on it, they just ignore it.
Gave this place three chances - all strikes. You’re officially out.

The restaurant looked like it was owned by a very nice family who were very polite and did a good job making my food. It tasted delicious! Also, they let me use their bathroom afterwards.

Used to come here with my kid all of the time, seems their service has changed, as well as a huge increase in prices, this burger was $8 definitely not worth the money. Save your hard earned money and go somewhere that deserves your business.

This is a nice location. The interior is always so clean. The staff is friendly and everything is done to DQ’s typical high standards. We’re so happy to have a DQ downtown.
I must say I came in with no expectations and was truly surprised. The food was delicious, affordable, and quick to prepare. The staff was attentive. I give it a 10/10.

I’ve been a on bizzard binge and have been using mobile order for quick pick up.
After placing my app order tonight, the store wouldn’t fulfill my order because they didn’t receive it on their end. I showed the worker the email confirmation and receipt as proof that the order went through and she still wouldn’t fulfill my order. She said I had to pay for a new one. I told her it’s already paid for on my credit card. There was no manager or owner on site to resolve. Her reasoning was that I MIGHT get a refund because they didn’t get the order even after I told her it went through on my credit card.
It was very frustrating and all I wanted was a blizzard that I came and paid for. I refused to pay another $7.22 for another blizzard on the chance that I might get a refund.
What is management’s response to situations like this? This is obviously not the first time it’s happened. Am I supposed to never use the app again to avoid disappointments this?
