Every time I go here there is an issue with my take out order, usually they pack the wrong order, however this time they completely forgot to add the hamburger patty to the bun!Highly recommend checking your take out order before leaving.
Absolutely blown away that I ordered a cake for Dec 5 at noon and go to pick it up on December 5 at 2 PM to be told that my cake was ordered for the 15th. After I wasn’t even offered a refund they slapped some thing together that was nowhere close to the custom order cake we ordered. I seriously hope nobody else has had to deal with an issue like this because my daughter was not happy with her cake at all.

I love your grilled beef hamburgers with lettuce, tomatoes, etc. but could you please offer wholewheat or all grain bread in the future for those whose digestion system does not tolerate too much glutten and/or fat & sweet stuff. Thanks

This DQ is always extremely friendly and serves excellent quality blizzards - they are well blended and unlike many locations, they actually put in a reasonable amount of mix-ins.

I have had multiple great experiences here, but the last one was by far the best. The staff here are always so kind, friendly, and helpful and the service is fast. My son wanted a ice cream cone. They came out with his cone and my husband asked if they could put chocolate on it. When they came back with chocolate on the ice cream my son started crying saying he wanted a plain one, probably because he saw it plain when it first came out, we don't know the reason as he was a bit indecisive with asking for what he wanted. The staff kindly, without question, went and got him a new one, plain vanilla, like before. I loved that they didn't make it a big deal for us and made my son cheer up.

Everytime I've gotten blizzards here 90% of it has been just plain ice cream with no toppings or not mixed at all.

absolutely disgusting and insulting service i cant believe this place isint shut down. reading these reviews i see im not the only one who has experienced this. they don’t care if you have an allergy if they’re told about it, they don’t care if you get awful quality food, they don’t even care if they got plastic in your cakes!?this place needs to be shut down before they kill someone. a health inspector needs to go down there asap!

i wish i could leave a lower review. i ordered two skor blizzards and one Caramel Brownie blizzard today, we asked specifically if the Caramel Brownie blizzard had ANY peanuts because it was for my boyfriend with a peanut ALLERGY, and we were told there were none in it. To our surprise when my boyfriend ate his blizzard, there was a peanut butter cup in it???? this ended up giving him a very scary allergy reaction. we attempted to call this location many many times and not once did they answer the phone. do not come here.
