Best DQ I've been in so far

Was looking forward to getting some ice cream with my friend, only to have my day ruined by a worker who I believe is called Antonio. Never ever have I been met with such a snarky rude attitude. Will not be coming back here. If you see a little hispanic dude in there just leave.

I'm always pleasantly surprised how large the portion size is here. The staff are always very friendly, and seem to actually enjoy their work.

Food is usually fresh when I go. Hot fries. None of that cold business

Staff stand around chatting while your 1 burger takes forever. Abit rude.

I didnt feel safe in the surrounding area. Every time I go in and get food, I specifically ask for no cheese because of my deathly allergy to cheese, and what do I get cheese. So I won't be coming again, u don't deserve the money or customers

Staff was friendly and patient.
Order was prepared efficiently.
Visited on a Friday afternoon and it was not that crowded, we could find seats and parking easily.

Worst DQ, we were the only people there and waited over 10 min for our blizzards.
We ordered a chocolate brownie extreme blizzard which is always our go to, the blizzard looked like vanilla, no chocolate in it at all, we mentioned this to the girl working and she just said “it is chocolate brownie extreme” clearly by the photo you can tell it’s not.
Paying over $10 for an icecream it should be made probably.

I kept saying my order was to go. When they gave me my burgers, i asked for tge bag and they wanted to charge me 15 cents for a paperbag. And on the way home one of the burgers fell over, spilling into the sidewalk.

Only have gone through the drive-thru but everytime I've ordered icecream or fries its always been good. The fries are always made fresh which I like, they come out hot and crispy. Haven't tried any of their other food so can't comment on that.

I went up to the drive-through speaker and asked if I could use the one dollar mini blizzard deal that was in the app through the drive-through and they they said yes! Drive up to the window, scan the app and she said sorry we can’t do this deal through drive through. Very rude, you can’t tell the customer one thing and then do another.

Absolute rip off. Order a blizzard and it’s basically all vanilla icecream. Save your money and go elsewhere
