Probably the worst milkshake I’ve ever had. Wasted 11$ on two smalls and they weren’t consumed. It tasted like blended plain milk. Caramel and chocolate chunk at the bottom and not mixed.

Despite some of the negative reviews, I’ve personally never had a bad experience at this Dairy Queen. I don’t visit often, usually stopping by with my son just for an Oreo Blizzard or to order custom cakes for birthdays, but every time, the customer service has been great. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. The last time I was there, I had my 2-year-old in my arms, and they kindly carried my cake to the car for me. It’s those little things that make the difference.

Only go here a few times a year but everytime the wait is anywhere between 5-20 minutes for drive thru food. Spent 3 minutes straight holding the debit machine after paying because no one was paying attention. Ordered and paid for 2 burgers and 2 fries and only got a meal for 1 person and on top of all that, they ignored me when I thanked them and said have a good night. Half the staff are kind and the other half are rude and incompetent. One of the worst locations I’ve ever been too.

Wife and I went on an evening whim because we had coupons. We each got a burger combo and a blizzard. I was pleasantly surprised by the service and food based on what I read in reviews.

This is actually the best DQ I’ve ever had - the food was hot, fresh, and delicious. They even brought the food to our table and asked if we wanted the blizzards in the freezer while we ate. The blizzards were well mixed and flavourful too.

The most PATHETIC excuse of a poutine comes from this place. They used to be so generous. But nope! The second you mention you have a coupon they make it with less cheese and pretty much ZERO GRAVY. They missed the mark on this one. No longer going to support this place. Used to be my go to, but seems to me they no longer give AF about the quality they are putting out. Pretty much threw the whole poutine out. The 2 for 6 cheeseburgers were a disgrace 2 pickles half a squirt of ketchup no mustard stale bun!
Great work. You just lost a loyal customer for life.

My rolo blizzard and 2 chicken snack wraps were great. I never have a problem with the staff at the drive-thru. They are friendly, but sometimes a little quiet, and I can't hear what they say. I've been going there for a very long time, and get the coupons when they have them. Used to inside when, but times change, and now am always in the car. Sometimes the wait is long, but it is popular. It really needs a facelift and some sprucing up outside.

Parking: There is lots of parking spaces for free. Exiting the parking lot, take it slow. This is a busy area.

Went in tonight with my daughter after her soccer and the elderly Asian lady at the till has the worst customer relations I have ever seen, if she hates her job so much she should find something else that doesn't involve people skills. No wonder your business had no one in the resturant, went across to McDonald's instead!! Won't be back ever!!
