I love this place! It’s very clean and the food was unbelievably great, the person working there was super nice and greeted me when I entered. I recommend coming here.

I ordered 2 cheeseburgers, fries, 2 Pepsi and a chicken wrap. The wrap was good for what it was. A single chicken finger with some lettuce and sauce for $5. The cheeseburgers were ice cold and tasted like they were from the day prior. Fries were also cold. Got ice tea instead of Pepsi. All this is kind of disappointing considering they hand wrote me a nice Post it note asking to leave a review. I wish I could leave a better one. Working in the food industry for 20 plus years I can say this, do better. Your reviews will eventually tank your business and, with cheaper and better alternatives close by, you will feel the consequences of your poor quality soon. Good luck in the future and I hope you will be able to turn this around before it's too late.

Don't bother going to this location, instead I recommend DC Bistro Rolled Ice Cream, or Rollz Ice Cream and Deserts. Both are within a few minutes drive of this DQ.

This location consistently under tops their blizzards. During my most recent visit, I received 3/4 of a peanut butter cup in my blizzard (video attached).

I complained to DQ Corporate, they said the franchisee would reach out but they never did.

I order this place all the time on Skip, they always pay close attention to my notes and food is consistent.

I like to stop by sometimes for icecream and they arent light on the mix ins for the blizzards which is always appreciated!

Location is quiet and staff is quick while still friendly.

It’s awful and it’s this store, I have one by my house in Airdrie and never an issue at all and go often. This location in Calgary is the worst, been working in the area for 6 years and it’s always been the worst DQ.

My boyfriend had such a terrible experience here this past Sunday June 22nd around 8:45pm. He went to simply get us both blizzards and 1 drink. He went through the drive thru and when the girl gave him the order he asked for a tray (I wasn’t with him) the girl said “no” and wouldn’t give him a tray. So then he asked if he could at least have a lid for the blizzards and he got only one and it was for a sundae cup not even a blizzard! Such a terrible experience. We have never had anything like this at a DQ before. Will deifneitly not be coming back to this location.

I ordered for strawberry 🍓 sundae and in the image they have strawberries and I asked for extra strawberries but cashier didn’t tell me that they didnt add strawberries now and just charge me extra add more strawberry syrup

Just order a large blizzard with Reese peanut butter cups and cheese cake and in the whole blizzard I got one piece of cheesecake. Why even charge me for it if you are not going to give it to me. Not going to be going back here again.

Downgrading my review.
Ordered 2 blizzards and threw them away due to unpleasant taste. Consistency was that of a milkshake, and had a watered down peculiar taste. This was the second time so will not be ordering from this location ever again!
Service was good (cashiers are friendly)

Terrible costumer service. I found a loonie in my blizzard and wasn’t offered compensation when I returned the item. They just acted scrambled and confused. Absolutely abhorrent service and needs to be addressed especially when you charge $10 for a medium.
