We came in around 9 PM with a large family group. The young woman working the front counter was incredibly kind and helped us with a huge smile. We ended up placing a second order, and she personally brought it to our table. Thank you for going above and beyond!

They do not value customer satisfaction and barely put any toppings in their Blizzards, like some of the reviews have written.

Ordered a salad. Terrible smelling chicken. Bacon bits were literally plastic. No sauce or seasoning whatsoever.

Last few times I ordered the back yard BBQ burger there was barely any BBQ sauce. This time same thing and then they messed up on my flame thrower burger where it has zero flame thrower sauce on it.

Update: went back again to give it another go. I specifically told the person who talked to me to make sure there is sauce on all the burgers and she seem to be confused and didn't understand properly. The flame thrower burger was good this time but the back yard bbq Ranch burger has little to no BBQ sauce on it. Not sure how hard it is too make a burger but obviously it a rocket science for this place. I come here because it's close by but now I will just drive to a different location that can actually make food properly and consistently.

If there a zero star to give this deserves it ive been to this location few times to grab a strawberry cheesecake blizzard and I always get straight ice creams in a cup when I mentioned they give u an attitude like dont tell us how to do our job but then end up giving u a simple ice cream instead what I ordered very disappointed wont go back here again I manged to read all the reviews now it all makes sense zero starts !!!

I had worst experience here with the staff. All the staff members are very rude here. They do not deal customers with patience and happiness.

I ordered a BD cake, the website made it super easy. I received a call 3 days before the pickup date to clarify some details about the cake, the person on the phone was super sweet and polite. Picking up service was super easy and simple. The cake was delicious and the decoration had me speechless. 🥰🤭

Definitely beats McDonald's burgers, so we always come there when we are wanting, burgers and the service is always amazing, and to just always fresh

Like another reviewer here, this location doesn’t put toppings in their blizzards. I have been here multiple times thinking I’d give them another chance. Skip this location. They are consistently cheap. I spend 12 dollars on a blizzard with extra toppings and it looks like this! TRASH!!

Their ice cream is always melting whether you drive thru or order or go in store- always stingy with their blizzard/ sundae toppings. Staff isn't friendly either.
