Just order a large blizzard with Reese peanut butter cups and cheese cake and in the whole blizzard I got one piece of cheesecake. Why even charge me for it if you are not going to give it to me. Not going to be going back here again.

Downgrading my review.
Ordered 2 blizzards and threw them away due to unpleasant taste. Consistency was that of a milkshake, and had a watered down peculiar taste. This was the second time so will not be ordering from this location ever again!
Service was good (cashiers are friendly)

Terrible costumer service. I found a loonie in my blizzard and wasn’t offered compensation when I returned the item. They just acted scrambled and confused. Absolutely abhorrent service and needs to be addressed especially when you charge $10 for a medium.

Whenever I go to any DQ I always got a shake from them .But today I went to this location their shake is different . It taste likes they mixed water or something but it’s worst shake ever . I am not coming back to this location.

The ladies at this location are so warm and welcoming, they went above and beyond today when I came in with my daughter. The location was neat and clean. The food was prepared fresh and presented nicely. Keep it up!! Will be coming back ❤️

This location is very nice. The employees are very friendly and the environment is very nice. I always go there for breakfast and they never disappoint me. Keep it up

Last week while I was trying to decide which cake to get, the Hindu lady at the cash register rushed me, asking me to close the refrigerator door—even though it hadn’t been open for more than five seconds each time. How else was I suppose to see the designs without opening the door… When it came to the cake itself, the same lady wrote ‘Happy Birthday’ in cursive but printed the name in all caps, making the design look inconsistent. When she showed me the cake, I didn’t bother saying anything because wiping off the icing to fix it would’ve only made it worse. Falconridge location is better.
