We usually go to Memorial for our banana splits fix but tonight they're close for renovations so we went to McKnight there was only a little bit of ice cream in the split what an absolute ripoff Memorial does a wonderfulwonderful big banana splits McKnight is a total ripoff when Memorial opens up again drive down there you'll get your money's worth
Read the reviews for the first time hardly anyone has anything good to say about this location read the reviews before you waste your money here and DQ fans whatever you are don't respond your words don't seem to make a difference to the managers operation of this location the manager of this location is not afraid of head office. We will never come back here

AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU CAN!
I normally love Dairy Queen but this location really missed the mark. To start off, their prices are significantly higher than any other location around NE/NW. They have their small DQ cake listed as $37.99, and the large one as $43.99; whereas every other location has it for $34.99 for the small and $38.99 for the large. A huge difference for the exact same item.
When I asked the staff the reasoning behind this, they became extremely defensive and would not give me a reason and told me if I have a problem to go to the other location and order from them. They were extremely rude and unprofessional.

Waited 20 minutes to get food, and they messed up the order causing us to have to wait even longer. Witnessed many issues with other patrons orders during our wait.

Absolutely disgusting service. I ordered a Oreo blizzard with fudge in the middle, got 3 bites in and found a looney. Don’t care how it happened all I know is when I told the worker Vivian about it she acted confused with her teammates and ignored me the rest of the time. I paid $10 for something I didn’t even think I wanted and was yelled at when I asked for the receipt because she gave me a replacement after I had already said I didn’t want one. I was extremely nice about the situation and she didn’t even fulfil the minimum requirements for a costumer service role. Terrible

Rude. Went in dressed in jeans and old jacket. She insisted my son order and not wait for me to return from the washroom. Then insinuated I could borrow a phone to scan my bill so I could get some kind of freebe. Boy what a customer misread. Insulting. Not the first time I've found this location lacking. Food was not worth the price. Poutine fries were all dried out on the ends. Burger looked good but my son said only soso. I can go somewhere else.

The employees are nice, but they aren’t very generous on portions. With the blizzard, they don’t fill it very high like other locations. I’ve had to move away from this location because the other ones give better portions.

Staff very helpful in getting a DQ cake decorated ahead of time and we were able to cut it up and celebrate grandson's birthday there

Went in dt today. The lady who took my order is so unprofessional and does not even how to take an order. Saying again and again to speak loud. I wanted 2 combos but she only add 1Crispy sandwich and fries. I was so disappointed that I don’t even want to add more at the window. And above all waited for more than 5 minutes for just a fries and a sandwich
