Worst service ever!!! Have no idea about prices and very hard to understand.
This place needs a serious reboot.

Got blizzards ask for double fudge cookie dough and ask them to make is royal with hotfudge in centre but the guy at drive thru made a regular cookie dough and put the hot fudge in centre he didn’t know how to make blizzard so he thought we asked for regular cookie dough when i asked he said that he can put move fudge and what he did he put more fudge and he blended the blizzard with hot fudge and the blizzard was supposed to be royal and he just blended everything we tried to make him understand but he doesn’t knew what he was doing.Everytime Worst experience at the drive thru.

Every time I get a blizzard from there it's half soup by the time it's served. This is the only location I experience this at.

My husband and I went through the drive thru last weekend. We picked up burgers, fries and onion rings, Ice cream and pop. We live about a 5 minute drive from the area. The only item in the order that was lukewarm was the burgers. The onion rings we ordered were large they were over cooked and cold. The fries were also cold. Your food is very overpriced to start out with but when you get it in this condition I think it's a shame.

Bought a $50 blizzard cake for my son's birthday two days ago. Extremely disappointed with it!!!! It was strawberry cheesecake and there is barely any cheesecake inside. The strawberry is lacking - look at the tiny line of strawberry in the middle. Absolutely not worth the $50. DQ has gone way down hill but this this robbery!!!!

We usually get blizzards from this location and haven't had any issues, tonight we ordered a couple and they were almost all ice cream with a few pieces of chocolate. Possibly training someone new? I'd like to think it wasn't on purpose. Will try once more before switching to a different location. Update: must have been someone new. Blizzards are delicious 😋

The service in the drive through is ridiculous! It took eight minutes before they could take my order. When I got to the window, someone else had to correct everything that the one with the microphone had typed in. There were five girls inside the window only one knew what she was doing or even where they were.

Wow, should have checked out the reviews. Hadn't seen how badly they declined in service. My Blizzard wasn't full, my husband's wasn't blended and we waited over 10 minutes for our food. I sure miss the DQ near us.
