I was here today with my child, we really liked the food.

She didn't flip my Blizzard.

I also get that your staff reads off a script, but asking for the size of the blizzard after I just said the size isn't a good thing

Extremely slow service, 3 employees saw me standing there and didn't even acknowledge me, let alone offer to take my order. Then once I did place it the one female worker punched it in, took my money, then continued unwrapping cups. I felt like they really didn't care about me. A simple peanut buster parfait should take 2 minutes to make when there's no one ahead of me. Guess they had to hand make the ice cream in the back today. Will not be returning unfortunately. It used to be fun and a good place to go after a swim. Guess management changed.

came here a few days ago. place was somewhat tolerable before that one girl left. current staff just dont got a piping clue what most things are or how to make them well. the people at the counter are yap a lot

Prices are stupid!
I always have the same thing and at this location just under 2.00$more for the same 6.95$+tax shake is 9.12$ w tx at this location. 👎
Shake wasn’t as good…. Too liquid.

Got home and realized my double bacon cheese burger has no burger at all. Always check your order before leaving.

2 for $6
No sale on Hamburgers
So if you get the deal and ask for no cheese, it's not any cheaper.
Yet they charge for cheese on everything else.
Not to mention Microwaved Burgers ruin the bun

This dairy queen is the best dairy queen in the city.

I’ve literally never had a bad DQ ice cream cone until I had one at this location last night.

I’m obsessed with DQ ice cream but this one tasted like it was fluffy or something… or maybe pumped with air… I can’t quite pinpoint it. It was so bad that I scraped the top of it off in a ditch on my walk home. Went past that area again today and it was still there, unmelted! 🤣🤣

Too bad, normally DQ never fails me.

I was so dehydrated after the southland leisure centre, we came in and got some water; it was the BEST water ever, tasted like it was straight from a glacier, it was seriously so good, thanks to the staff who got me that. Best water ever 😋💧

Negative stars ordered chicken strips for my daughter and after she ate 1 and a half of them noticed they are RAW ...absolutely disgusting and was told it was raw because the chicken strip was to big ...well your explanation doesn't change my daughter getting food poisoning
