Absolutely terrible service. Went in tonight, was the only one in the restaurant and waited thirty minutes until I got my order of two small blizzards, a burger, and chicken strips. I saw one staff member run food out to the parking lot 3 times during my wait, saw them send countless people through the drive thru, and ignore everyone else in the front of house as people piled in. During the time I had been waiting for my order, they did not take a single order from any of the seven people waiting in line. After twenty minutes I got my two blizzards which were given to me without lids despite saying they were to go, getting lids for them was a whole other hassle. Then had a staff member say ten minutes later “is there anything else you need?” And I had to remind them I ordered meals!! Once the food came it wasn’t even bagged, just handed them to me in the to go containers. Even after voicing my issues nothing was done to rectify the situation. I didn’t expect a refund, really all that would have been nice is “I’m sorry for the wait” or at the VERY LEAST “let me put your to go order in a bag”. This was my first time at this location and I can confidently say I will never be returning.

I ordered two chicken wraps, and for some reason There were onions in there I am allergic to those and there are nowhere present on the menu or in the ingredients list for these items. I now get to take a fun trip to the hospital. Thank you, Dairy Queen.
Vegetarian options: The service is horrible and getting things modified based off allergies or dietary restrictions is almost impossible

Very bad customer service very bad quality milkshake was freezer burnt and ice chunks in it burgers were old and cold microwaved to warm up and handled without gloves. Very very bad location.

Went through the drive through. Ordered a 6 piece chicken strip basket and a basket of fries and a cheeseburger. It's crazy expensive at $32. I leave the drive through and they didn't give me my chicken. So I got a basket of fries and cheeseburgers for $32

Even though this location is closest to my house, I rarely go there because they always mess up my blizzard orders. They put in the the wrong chocolate fudge or wrong toppings, soft melting blizzards. I think the issue is they don't pay attention to customers orders they just want to rush. Don't waste your time and money just drive to Memorial Drive DQ. Everytime I go this location out of convince I have regret it.

Slowest place on earth. The employees wonder around aimlessly and even the most simple tasks look challenging when you watch them try to complete them. Whatever slop they throw together isn't going to be worth the terrible service and long wait time.

Waited long at drive-thru just to get my blizzard that ain’t “blizzarding”, it’s very wet and soft I think they added a soft serve sundae 😂 Also didn’t turn the blizzard upside down guessing she knew what she served me will fall out the cup

We usually go to memorial drive but they are closed for hopefully renovations, and we never have any issues there. Today we ordered from this location, ordered a burger meal which was good but the chicken strips tasted like very very old oil. I never knew this could even happen as health and safety policies are usually suppose to be followed including this. No one even wanted to finish it as the taste was so strong and bad. Would recommend changing the oil so no one else is disappointed in the usually good chicken strips.

there was a car infront of us that got their oder right away and when it out turn we was waiting to order at the drive thru for a good 10 minutes and no one was helping us. we had to go inside just to order and found out that the staff was just standing around talking to each other doing nothing. hope yall get a better staff that pays attention in their job. thank you.
