Yesterday, I ordered a MooLatte and Poutine via Uber Eats for pick up. I called the restaurant to inform that I was gonna be a few minutes late to pick up my order, and they were fine with it, and they kept the food and drink nice and fresh. I also had no where to lock my bike, so one man who is a worker there whose name I do not know told me to take my bike inside so that no one would steal my bike. The staff went above and beyond. This Dairy Queen is the location that is local to me so I will continue to go here sometimes because the staff are nice, responsible, and they make the food and drinks good. Also the environment is clean.

The blizzard wasn’t full and when I asked about it, I was told that all locations have been doing it for years so that the flat cup lids fit on top. That’s a flat out lie first off, and then secondly they charge more at this location than at others. Such silliness. They even gave me a blizzard lid when I asked for one!

Awful service, subpar food compared to other locations, and honestly just really sketchy outside. I get that it’s fast food and you can’t expect much to begin with but this location is kind of just trash. We live in the area (not entirely by choice 😂) and will usually drive to other locations because the quality, service, and overall vibes are just far superior.
I will say that last years staff at this location were all fantastic and super sweet but it’s gone downhill the last few months.

Terrible service. My second time here first time went okay. However today was horrible. Ordered a large strawberry sundae and when I got it I noticed it was double cupped. Didn’t think anything of it as I thought maybe it was because there was some syrup that overflowed which was in the second cup. As I reached closer to finishing the ice cream more and more ice cream and syrup was leaking into the second cup. I removed it and it was obvious they used the second up to hide the error, instead of providing proper service and remaking the order.
Don’t go here unless u want microplastics due to laziness and negligence of the staff.

I understand when you order fast you aren't expecting a lot, but I felt compelled to share my experience with 17th Ave S.E Dairy Queen. I paid nearly $9 for a basket of fries only to receive less than half a box The portion was laughable it felt like they were rationing potatoes.
As for the chicken? Completely overcooked and dry. It was tough, chewy, and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Honestly, it was inedible.
In total, we spent $63 and left hungry and frustrated. The food quality and portion sizes were absolutely despicable
Warning to others: Don’t waste your money here. The standards have dropped dramatically there are far better places to eat for the same price (or less).

Ordered dinner. Order was incorrectly packed, then repacked. Items were missing. Got those items and went home to discover even more items missing. In my opinion, the staff don't care and this place doesn't deserve you business. Yes, it's fast food, but I am still paying for it and I'd like to get my full order. Never again.

Ordered food, everything tastes days old. Fries were soggy. Burger tastes days old reheated. The burger was falling to pieces and sloppy. Big macs from McDonald's are less messy and put together better. They chimped out on the icecream toppings and fillers too. Maybe 3 pieces of cookie dough no chocolate anything on a large cookie dough blizzard. This location needs to change their prices it's not fan food it's barley even fast food. It's garbage. Even their gravy was clumpy like days old in fridge and zapped in the microwave just to get it warm. Never again will this location get my business. Just isn't a single occurrence either this has been multiple times. I'm gladly going out of my way to another location where I can say it's fan food and the staff care.
