Everything about this DQ is almost perfect. Clean space, good ice cream, fast service. But there's one major problem... the big guy at the counter. You’ll know exactly who I’m talking about the moment you meet him. Rude, dismissive, and clearly allergic to basic customer service.

It’s honestly impressive how the owner hasn’t fired him yet. But if you're going to keep him around, at least do the public a favor and post the staff schedule. That way, the rest of us can plan our visits when he’s not working.

We just want a Blizzard, not a bad attitude.

Beware of the big guy!! I came in a few days ago to order some ice cream for my kids, and saw the cones were bigger than expected and asked for napkins, rudely the bigger man at the front gave me a hard time… about just asking for napkins. It got to a point I was so fed up with his attitude I even offered to pay! For napkins? I’m sure this DQ is great but whoever hired that man needs to check his attitude problem. This is not my first encounter with him and his attitude. All the reviews about him are true.

I had a wonderful experience here. Not only was the service amazing— but the burgers were also very fresh. On top of this, the drinks and deserts were tasty and it was clear the workers put a lot of effort into making them. I would definitely dine here again, as this was one of the best Dairy Queen locations i've ever been to.

I had a great experience at Lakeview DQ! The service was fast and friendly, and the staff made sure everything was just right. My Blizzard was perfectly mixed and full of toppings, and the burgers were fresh and tasty. The place was clean and had a good vibe, even when it was busy. I’ll definitely be coming back when I’m in the area!

Great place for a quick meal and dessert! The burger and fries were fresh, and the Oreo Blizzard was delicious as always. Friendly staff and clean environment. It got a bit busy, but overall a solid experience. Will definitely come back!
