Two star review because 2/3 of us left happy but my father was unable to get the deal in his dairy Queen app and the store can't do anything to keep customers returning. Two of us got the deal because we had the app. My father got and left with nothing. There is a sign on the door that says they will work to keep a customer happy.

Went inside to get some food and the 2 chicken wrap I got were the size of a coke bottle TOP . keept biting to find the chicken and that was literally the size of a straw. I waited 17 min once I order to receive my order . Also the ice cream cone is super small and that's way below any other DQ standard cone I got in the past. NICE WORK

Wife ordered food for delivery since she was working. Ordered a 6 piece and got a 4 piece. Be careful ordering from here they cannot count.

The staff here have a hard time with Blizzard orders with any type of modification, it usually does not end up correct. The staff making the blizzards could use more training, they mix them for way longer than they are supposed to which makes them completely the wrong consistency and very liquidy, and yet they somehow don’t get them mixed well half the time.
The burgers and fries are consistently good though!!

This dq used to be good. It’s gone so far downhill. They never get our blizzard orders correct. This time they were so runny it was basically soup. The cocoa fudge was burnt or off tasting and overall it’s just frustrating to pay $18 for 2 blizzards and have them incorrect and runny. We will just be going to a local ice cream shop instead in the future.

We went to this location a couple days ago for Blizzards and ended up being really disappointed. We live very close by and have had great to mediocre experiences over the last few years that we have lived in the neighborhood, this one being the worst by far. The lady who rang our order in was nice. It took a very long time to get our Blizzards though...with one other order ahead of us, maybe around 15min? Also, this happens once in a while, they use the lids that are supposed to go on the soft drinks, on the Blizzard cups. When we got home and sat down to eat our Blizzards, my husband and I both realized that the flavors that we ordered (Oreo and Reece's pieces) were still on the bottom of the cup and had not really been mixed with the ice cream at all! I didn't really hear the usual sounds of whatever machine they usually use to mix it all up, so maybe the machine wasn't working? And no one said anything when we ordered? Not sure what is happening here right now, but it's not good. :(

I have been going to this Dairy Queen ever since the location on Centre Street and about 18 Avenue NE closed due to a fire. The last few times I had gone to this location they have decreased the amount of ice cream that they put in the cup. It barely touched the rim. I was there 2 weeks ago when they also cut back on the ingredients they put in the blizzard. I just figured it was due to inflation. Well I was at a different location yesterday and they were very generous with the amount of ice cream and ingredients. I won’t be back to this location unless I hear they have gone back to their normal portions. Shane on the employees for ripping their customers off.
*******RELATIONS TEAM******* Instead of asking me to explain more of my complaint, I was expecting your reply to say that Dairy Queen management will discuss this matter with the staff. After I had sent this review in, I read all the other reviews and most of them were bad, and a lot were referring to my kind of issue. Let your staff know that eventually they won’t have a job, because without customers you don’t need to keep the doors open. I won’t be back to this location.
