My first negative review. Our group of 3 arrived at 9:30, the restaurant closed at 10. There was only another group of 2 in there. Part of the restaurant was already closed off and the rest of the tables had the chairs placed upside down on them. After we entered the building the staff locked the door. When we placed our order the cashier asked if we'd like a bag, I said no, the order was to stay. 30 minutes is more than enough time to make a fast food order, eat it and leave. The entire place was already mopped and you could tell the staff was eager to leave. We ordered simple burger combo meals and waited a long time for them. The buns were cold and the cheese was not melted which was disappointing. The gravy was cold and lumpy. We had intended on ordering ice cream when we finished but felt entirely unwelcome. Our food arrived at 9:47 and at 9:55 we put our garbage in the trash bin, grabbed our leftovers, stepped around the high chairs that blocked our path out of the dining area as it was now entirely blocked off, and left the restaurant. We'll never go back to this location. We should have gone to McDonald's. Or Wendy's. Or even 711.

I came here after work and had wonderful service. I asked about the under the rainbow shake and the person who served me didn’t know so they asked and found out for me. Then they even made a sample for me to try it! It was very tasty and my food came fairly fast. The quality was good and the store was clean. I would definitely come back!

Didn't know that burgers were so soggy and required a half cup of ketchup.I couldn't even taste the burger or bacon.No lettuce when it has lettuce on menu and my box was covered in Buffalo sauce.Thanks for ruining dq for

This location is crazy cult. They blast religious propaganda songs all day long…. Not appropriate in a work environment or a bland fast food restaurant environment. I really wish they demonstrate professionalism and keep your religious nonsense at home.

Despite the location, I'd still say it is one of the best DQ's in Calgary.Kid-friendliness: It feels like a safe place to sort of, you know, relax. Do people still do that anymore, just relax? Well, you can do that here, or you can stay as busy as you feel you need to be.

This place was not busy. Two guys sitting in booth chatting. Already had their order. I ordered a blizzard. Person at counter had zero customer service skills..no smile..no hello..zero appreciation for a customer. No one started the order for a good 5 minutes! Sorry to say this but this is Canada! Not Asia. We smile and say hello to.customers and say thank you!!! All Asians working here..probably own it. Won't be returning anytime soon! Hope your people keep you busy and don't care about customer service.

The staff is not friendly. I asked if they gave free ice cream for dogs and they told me that I could order a kid's cone, which I did. They then charged me the $3+ for it. That's not a lot of money but that's something that DQ has always done for their customers in the past and I asked them if they still did it, they lied.

Update 2 years later: They still have the best ice cream cakes compared to every other DQ I've ordered from. The artwork is crisp and clean. The colors are great. Custom orders are a breeze. They made my custom vanilla/vanilla cake with custom icing art and totally nailed it. It's perfect. Thank you!Original from 2021: Amazing customer service. If something isn't right, they'll make it right so you're happy. I'll be coming back here again for all my Dairy Queen cravings.

There are so many signs telling you what to do here its off putting lol. “This seat is for customers only!!” “No public phone” “no wifi” “dont stand here!” Like oh my god we get it. ?
