Not impressed. We will be making the drive elsewhere going forward. The toppings are always SO stingy. CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP!! You have to order extra toppings on anything you order, I especially like how they charge extra for their shortcomings.
Our ice cream cone this evening was slimy, it appears someone filled the cone previously with ice cream and froze it-and then topped it up with soft serve. Maybe they made the wrong order for someone else, and decided to save it and freeze it for the next person. Absolutely revolting.
The tables are always dirty..I literally asked for a cloth and spray so I could clean their tables for them. For what they charge for ice cream-go somewhere else! The owner of this location needs to seriously evaluate what is going on in there.

Don't bother going here for food. They will mess up your order and then try to explain how it's your fault. Not to mention the pathetic excuse of what they want to call toppings is a joke. I had a strawberry sundae that I asked for the hard chocolate on, I got fudge chocolate and 3 strawberries. Not exaggerating. I counted as I ate this poor quality sundae. For a $7 sundae, I should get a few more. If you are wanting ice cream, pick a different DQ because you will be severely disappointed at this one. I will never be back.

Teller was rude, “what do you want” was how I was greeted, store smelt like an outhouse & grease and ice cream was like soup. Save your

money!

I ordered a banana split and a mini cookie dough blizzard but to my shock there were only 2.5 prices of cookie dough in the blizzard and just a hint of pineapple and a dash of strawberry jam and a dash of chocolate syrup in my banana split.
The old Indian lady in the kitchen ,prepared my order like it's coming from her pocket, I am extremely disappointed by their quantity/quality and in future I will go to Evanston branch and will never go to Nolan Hill Dairy Queen .

This dq is not good at all evertime I get a blizzard here it's always melted so much it's like there machine is broken or something then today i bought 2 banana splits today. And they threw them in the bag right away. I get home and take them out to throw them in the freezer and they're already melted when it's the middle of winter. I don't think so.These guys need to fix their machines or shut down the store. It's pathetic. you want good dq go to the one on country hills

Terrible service. Went in to pick up a blizzard strawberry cheesecake ice cream cake expecting it to be as advertised in the first pic. The second pic is what they had so I kindly asked if they could put the toppings on as per the advertised picture. The ladies at the counter refused and said "that is an animated picture so it's fake and we don't do that".
I find it absurd that they would advertise this cake and yet serve you this disappointment.
Dairy Queen. You need to do better.

Absolutely infuriated I spend $50 to eat here with my family and my kid wants some water and they charged him 15 cents where is the pride in fast food. We use to take care of our own and now company’s are charging us for a cup of WATER.

This is probably the worst location for ice cream. The ice cream for the banana split is almost completely, as is the whipped cream. The peanut buster does not have the classic ice cream bumps that DQ treats do. The ice cream is also watery and melted.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent Dairy Queen experience, where I was served dipping sauce instead of salad dressing, and the food was tepid and lacking freshness. The $5 single burger was a poor value, with stale bread to accompant its small portion, and even the signature Blizzard has declined in quality. It's alarming that these issues persist across locations, indicating a systemic problem of price gauging with small portions. Until Dairy Queen addresses these concerns, I'd advise others to reconsider visiting, as this once-beloved brand has lost its magic, leaving me to give a dismal 1/5 stars rating. Over $30 to feed 2 people garbage - shame on you.

Friendly and fast service, otherwise standard Dairy Queen experience; high priced soft serve treats.
