Placed an order thru 3rd party for 3 blizzards.
I ordered a specific item that I know from previous orders will not cause an allergic reaction for me. I received a similar item to what I ordered, but it contained the item to which I’m allergic. I only learned about the ingredient AFTER I ate a couple bites - because there was no way to tell from visual inspection.
Had my order been filled as ordered - and someone was paying attention - I would not have gotten sick tonight. But alas, here we are.
Not only am I unimpressed, I am extremely disappointed. Yet another place that cannot be trusted for accuracy.

You can’t just make your teenage kids the manager and expect everything to go well. It feels like the owners opened this as a pet project for them to learn life lessons and we all suffer. I feel bad for the staff working under this regime. I hope DQ takes notice of their brand destruction occurring at this location

We ordered from this location last night, and it was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Our order was wrong not once, but three separate times, requiring us to come back multiple times to have it corrected.
On the final visit, I spoke with the manager, hoping to resolve the issue calmly. Instead, she yelled at me, insisting the mistakes were my fault and that I had “ordered wrong.” I asked her to check the camera footage and listen to my order, because I knew without a doubt I was clear and correct—but the staff continued to mess it up.
Rather than apologize or handle the situation professionally, the manager rolled her eyes, took the food to the back to fix it, after my food was ready she left it sitting under the heat lamp and then stood around laughing and talking about us disrespectfully with her staff, loud enough for us to hear while we stood there.
When she finally brought the food back, she threw it onto the counter without a word and walked away. When we called out her unacceptable behavior, she turned around, smiled sarcastically, and said, “Thank you!”
On top of all of this, when we asked for the head office or owner’s contact information, she pulled out her phone, wrote down a fake phone number, and handed it to us.
This is not just poor service—it’s disgraceful management. The way this store is run is appalling, and it’s clear the manager sets the tone for the entire team to behave this way. I would strongly caution anyone thinking of eating here.

We are regular customers of this place since we live nearby and have always purchased here. Today, I bought a cup of Coke and filled my second cup as well, simply because I didn’t want to come back again just to refill it later. However, the staff member at the counter spoke to me in a very rude manner, accusing me of refilling my own cup. Then she addressed my husband in the same disrespectful tone, accusing us of doing a refill.
If your establishment does not allow refills, why do you keep the drink machines out in the open instead of placing them behind the counter? Why make it seem like customers can refill freely, as they do at McDonald’s?
Where is the customer service from your staff? Because of this unpleasant experience, my family and I will no longer be coming here. Instead, we will go to McDonald’s. You are losing loyal customers because of rude employees like was today.

Came here sunday night to grab 2 blizzards with my boyfriend the girl in the window i assume was
Ukrainian with the brown hair was so sweet and kind was a little taken back when another employee a boy was extremely rude to her when she realized that the blizzard was a large but was given a small and asked him to remake it in the large. I don’t write reviews often but being someone who worked in customer service it made me really upset to see how she was treated.

I tried so many locations but none Cranston is amazing. Food service people all are so good I recommend everyone should try it 👍
