You can NOT reuse returned food!! A lady returned a burger after handling it and the staff took the burger then put it in my take out bag. I immediately told them that was not okay! They took the burger out and got a different one. They never did put that burger in the garbage but instead on top of the landing zone.

You immediately need to retrain in food safety, because I bet they ended up using that burger again with someone who didn’t see them do it!

The issue is so concerning I’ve filed a complaint with corporate.

Horrible service. We wanted to add a sauce and they made a huge deal about it. Then the staff proceeded to all stand around in a group of 5 looking at us talking about us making us feel uncomfortable. Will not come back here again. The man in the picture was making us very uncomfortable 🥴

Placed an order thru 3rd party for 3 blizzards.

I ordered a specific item that I know from previous orders will not cause an allergic reaction for me. I received a similar item to what I ordered, but it contained the item to which I’m allergic. I only learned about the ingredient AFTER I ate a couple bites - because there was no way to tell from visual inspection.

Had my order been filled as ordered - and someone was paying attention - I would not have gotten sick tonight. But alas, here we are.

Not only am I unimpressed, I am extremely disappointed. Yet another place that cannot be trusted for accuracy.

ALWAYSSS loads up the blizzards every single time, they don’t skimp out. Best DQ location !

You can’t just make your teenage kids the manager and expect everything to go well. It feels like the owners opened this as a pet project for them to learn life lessons and we all suffer. I feel bad for the staff working under this regime. I hope DQ takes notice of their brand destruction occurring at this location
