Came here sunday night to grab 2 blizzards with my boyfriend the girl in the window i assume was
Ukrainian with the brown hair was so sweet and kind was a little taken back when another employee a boy was extremely rude to her when she realized that the blizzard was a large but was given a small and asked him to remake it in the large. I don’t write reviews often but being someone who worked in customer service it made me really upset to see how she was treated.

I tried so many locations but none Cranston is amazing. Food service people all are so good I recommend everyone should try it 👍

Every time I ask for extra hot fudge which I pay extra for- I am given the same amount of fudge as a regular sundae. It’s a total rip off. The manager is not friendly or helpful.

Although I’ve only visited this location a few times, I’ve always found it to be very clean, the staff has been nice and friendly and the quality of food was as expected, but I was disappointed on a recent drive-through experience when I received a blizzard made with ice cream that was so melted it was basically a beverage. When I returned a week later, I spoke with Grashel to let her know and she was so gracious and offered to remake the blizzard… and it was delicious! I really appreciate businesses that are so pleasant and are happy to make things right when brought to their attention.

Washrooms are a mess. But that's pretty much all fast food restaurants. Good location

The Filipino workers talked shit behind us for following up on an order that they missed. Everyone was getting their orders and we just came to follow up.

That lady in the front and someone working in the back talked shit in Tagalog and thought we didn’t understand them. That was really rude and disrespectful! Hire people with morals and characters!!

Great mushroom burger

I placed an order last night via Uber Eats and one of the items in my order included a plain cheeseburger and customized it to remove ketchup, mustard, and pickles. When the order arrived, we got just two burger patties with cheese—no buns! Called to ask about it, and the lady insisted that I had removed the buns myself (which wasn’t even an option in the app). Checked my receipt, and there was no mention of it either. On top of that, the chicken strip basket was disappointing, with barely any onion rings. Super frustrating experience!

I have never had issues here. It’s always been good but the last two times the food is different. The original cheeseburgers are so dry. I was disappointed last week but tried again tonight. Again DRY burger and bun not heated and stale. New owners? Management? Cooks? Please fix this. I ended up feeding the burger meat to my dogs.

Usually pretty good here. Today it was not. We ordered 2 burger meals and a chicken strip basket, the strips weren’t as fresh as usually are and the lettuce on the burgers were brown, the gravy also tasted like powder, not gravy. not acceptable as we also waited 10min for the food.

Came 10 minutes before they open without realizing it. They still served me anyway without a second thought, much appreciated
