When your 4 yo asks why her cake is upside down...
This is the worst DQ branch I've been to. Customer service is horrible! We just went there to buy a meal with a sundae. The lady who was giving out the order did not even bother giving us the sundae that we've paid for! She didn't care at all.....
The manager never wears a hair net and there's a constant gas smell every time I go to this location. Very concerning when it also seems as though they have the heat blasted. Too hot

The staff are friendly but forget items quite frequently.
They offer free cone day and they did not give it to some people. They said it will take time but it’s almost 12am they did not give it at all. So i end up buying.

Every single time I go here there is an issue. The app doesn't work. The service is rude.
My husband and I had an amazing experience at this place. Dhaval is an amazing person not just at customer service but he made sure our order was accurate and to the point. I would definitely recommend this place.

Honestly.. find a different location.
ordered on Uber eats and had selected bogo blizzard, only received one blizzard. Very low pieces of cookie dough, fudge and extra brownie. It was Like plain vanilla ice cream even though I paid for extra toppings. Big L for Dairy Queen. A McFlurry would have been better. And atleast they provide the correct order !!
