Super happy with this DQ location! After having an awful experience at a location in Forest Lawn, not only was I treated far better but they had exactly what I was looking for and helped me find it!! Thank you

Thought I'd give them a try since reopening. Big mistake. Got a double Mushroom burger and ended up getting food poisoning. Burger obviously wasn't cooked properly. Won't be back.

Really stingy with the blizzard toppings, I got 4-5 little topping pieces in the whole thing, basically overpriced vanilla ice cream.

Staff customer service was very bad.they dont know how manage customers well. Food also not taste. i think management problems.

I ordered a cake for my sisters birthday and was amazed by how well it was done as I wanted it to be a Clueless themed cake. It turned out better than I had even imagined and the staff were welcoming and great as well! 10/10 for everything!!

I have been coming here for many many many years and ever since they reopened it went downhill. The food is disgusting and overpriced. There used to be somebody named Andrew that worked there who was absolutely amazing and the place just isn’t the same without him.

To start with , they got my order completely wrong and in my humble opinion the prices at DQ are astronomical. I could understand if the food (particularly the deserts)was that good but I don't find that to be the case . 10 dollars for a large blizzard seems a little much . I was pretty disappointed in the whole visit and doubt whether or not I will return .

My niece and I ordered ice cream about 30 minutes ago. We specifically asked for non-dairy ice cream, and the staff member assured us that they had a non-dairy option. Trusting that our request was understood and followed, we proceeded with our order.

However, shortly after eating the ice cream, my niece began to have an allergic reaction. A rash appeared on her face, which is extremely alarming, as she is at risk of going into anaphylactic shock. This situation is completely unacceptable.

Your staff must be properly trained to handle dietary restrictions and allergy-related requests. This could have had life-threatening consequences. We urge you to take immediate disciplinary action and ensure this does not happen to anyone else.
