If you are wanting a blizzard, DO NOT come here. Ordered a blizzard and got a cup of vanilla ice cream. I got exactly three chunks of chocolate in the entire “blizzard”. By far this is the worst DQ I’ve been to in Calgary. After reading the other reviews, it seems this is a very common issue at this location. Maybe they should listen to their poor reviews and instead of cutting back basic quality of service and product to make money, they could try out customer retention by giving at the very the bare minimum. What a joke. The fact that this costed more than $6 is amazing. If I wanted to eat crappy vanilla ice cream, that’s what I would’ve ordered.

I ordered a custom cake with a photo on it. However, selected the wrong date. The ladies were so sweet and were able to accommodate and made one quickly on the spot ♥️

The most disappointing experience of a simple order. Both burgers were put together messy. The bacon on both burgers was/were very undercooked. Politely asked for bacon to be cooked more. Literally 10 minutes later, I asked about it, and he went back to get it. I saw him and cook going through a container of bacon. They picked out others. So, in the end, I had a very cold burger, and bacon was still inedible. Due to how sloppy it was, I only picked off the actual burger to eat. Had to wipe off ketchup after asking for no ketchup. I asked for milk instead of a pop. He told me he cant change the meal. Even after saying I would pay more. Odd how other places will give me milk.
Well, that was a huge waste of money. I do not recommend this dairy queen at all. Bad attitude, bad service. The person at till was not helpful at all.

I have been here twice and on both occasions the blizzards have been very scarce on toppings. No other location I’ve been to before has been this way. Won’t be coming back here.

Ordered a $10 Reese's Blizzard. What I got was a large cup with vanilla ice cream, a few peanuts and a few skor bits.

You should read your reviews, this is a pretty common problem. Time to tighten it up.

Not sure what’s going on here we’ve been here buying treats here often. Tonight I bought a box of Dairy Free 6 pack of dilly bars. Then we ordered a mini blizzard and a peanut buster parfait. The only correct part of the order was the non dairy treats. Everything else was not. I even asked and was assured it was all good. By the confusion that was going on there tonight I am not in a hurry going back to this location

My son and I stood at the till waiting to be acknowledged by the 2 staff members at the mobile till. After waiting I asked if we could order, the guy just pointed down at his till and said nothing. Then our blizzards had about 10% of flavor fillings that they were supposed to have. Almost nothing! I asked I they could just put some on the side and we could mix them ourselves, so they don't have to contaminate their area, and the manager just argued with me about how that is how it was supposed to be. In the end we got about less than half a teaspoon sprinkled on top . What a waist of money. And terrible service full of attitude.

I've been getting my daughter's ice cream cake here almost every year for ten years. Yes the decor it's a little dated but it's retro, yes the food is dependant on which staff is working but what place isn't like that. The best part about this location is the friendly staff. I've never had any real issues and when one comes up, this staff is quick to find a solution. Just wish we still lived in the NW. Thank you for all the great cakes!

Parking: The parking spots are tight for newer cars and people often struggle, so watch your surroundings and be careful. Seen plenty of cars scuffed up because they didn't take into account how narrow the whole place is.
