The original owner of this QQ (no longer owns it) now owns Inglewood Drive-in. If you want THE BEST dipped cone go to Inglewood.
This location delivers the usual fare of DQ including burgers, chicken strips onion rings, frozen cakes etc. It’s good, but keeps getting more and more expensive..

Consistently the worst DQ I've ever seen. They charge $14 for a chicken strip basket and you literally get one small handful of fries. Strips were completely dried out and rock hard.

I got a Turtles blizzard at 7 pm on July 10th, Sunday. Whoever was in charge did a terrible job. They over filled it, didn't put the lid on properly, and served it to me melted. In the end I lost half of the ice cream in the car because it was half melted. Please fix this issue, this isn't the first time this has happened.

As with other reviews, we also experience a lack of toppings in our Blizzards. Ordered 3, and one with double toppings, and when we got home to eat them it was very disappointing. The cookie dough had less than 5 pieces of dough and the double oreo had less than other locations when made as a single order. Don't waste your money on treats at this location, take a drive and support another DQ that serves the product as its supposed to be made.

chintziest DQ in the city... Purchased two medium sized cookie dough blizzards and each had 8 pieces of cookie dough in the entire container..... Severely less than the standard. SAD, be better management!

Don't waste your time on they're buster bar. As a handmade treat the owners skimp on the hot fudge and peanuts. The lineups for service were long, find another location.

Terrible customer service, very rude owner and lack of accountability.
We ordered a custom ice cream cake with two hours notice. I specifically asked if this was possible. On the phone I was told they’d be able to do it because they had the “cake portion” ready, otherwise typically if they did not have any extras cakes they’d have to make a new one and it would need longer to freeze. I was told I could come at 8pm. We collected the cake and took it home (10 minute drive) and put it in the freezer. About 45 minutes later we removed it and cut into it and it was half melted.
We called back expressing our disappointment and were told we could come back and return the cake for a full refund - but we also had to bring the slice of cake that was melting on the plate, so we did.
While there we were then told that “the cake needs longer in the freezer.” No duh. But that was never explained on the phone or at the time of pickup.
If we were TOLD that the cake needed a few more hours in the freezer we would have had no issues. Or even if we were told, no it’s too short notice we suggest you come tomorrow, we’d have been okay with this. The issue is that when we called with 2 hours noticed, the person on the phone assured us we would get an ice cream cake no problem- not a soft serve melted mess.
The least they could have done was told us to keep the cake and just come get a refund/partial refund. Instead they refunded us (lost money for them) and threw the cake away (more lost money), and blamed us (we won’t be returning as customers so more lost money).
I just want to point out that if they told us the cake needed longer in the freezer we’d have been ok with this (at the time of ordering or at the time of pick up). The fact that this was never explained and then we encountered the rude owner who yanked the cake away from us (and the plate with the melting slice on it), was just so off putting.
