ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! Went to get the $2 blizzard, the female that was working said I needed to download the app. So I did, I showed her, she said you need the code...I said well here is the app and the $2 advertising for the blizzards...she looked at me like I had 5 heads. Ordered the blizzards, paid $15. Asked her again about the $2 deal...she then says that I have to wait 15 mins...I said ok, can I get reimbursed then the extra money....she says smiling...NO. You had to wait. Worst customer service ever...doesn't honor the advertising prices.

I usually try not to leave poor reviews but today I was disgusted with the service we received. We went to this location and the girl at the counter was clearly irritated we were ordering she was so rude and kept grabbing her phone to text as we were ordering, which I think is highly unprofessional. We also ordered a skor blizzard and got a brownie cupfection type dessert. Will not be recommending this location to anyone.

I went there when it was quite busy and the lady (who was probably the manager) seemed frustrated and tried to serve customers quick. I asked what the best seller was but she couldn’t hear me cos she was screaming at the other employees to do their job better. I used to work in fast food and I got reminded of how rude managers can be. Would have been a better place if people were nice to one another.

I ordered a pineapple sundae at this location. After few spoons, it tasted sour. Idk if it was the low-quality pineapple mixing with vanilla soft-serve making it sour, or if the vanilla soft-serve was spoiled. Anyway it was - Poooor quality for a $6 sundae. Would never visit this place again.

This store in every single visit has issues with mobile app and coupons plus they're not able to solve any problem we just lose our time and money

They do not accept coupons on mobile app. Also, I can't scan for rewards. Does not make sense.

Highly disappointed with a recent visit to this location. Ordered a Pumpkin Pie Blizzard...overall subpar, the pumpkin flavor was sparse and the bottom half was flavorless. Customer service was also lacking.

Bad service ever, the lady who work there attitude bad, feels like she does not wanna work there and someone force her to work, and the way she talked was very rude. Will never come back.

Don’t accept online ordering cause their prices are WAY higher than the app. A kids cone is $1.89 on the app and $3.29 there- only 20 cents less than a small on the app. Customer service is poor. Claim all Dairy Queen charge that price which is false. Don’t recommend at all! They would rather loose a customer than price match the app then have the gall to bs me that that’s the price everywhere when any locations that accept the app that’s obviously false.

The clerk was friendly but I was charged 7 dollars for a SMALL blizzard. 7 FREAKING dollars. That was totally unimpressive and to add to the fact that the blizzard was basically a melted milkshake instead. Sorry, but this Dairy Queen should be replaced with a chain that actually will serve good food for a good price, or the stand should be taken out entirely. I would have given it a 1 star but because the server was polite and friendly, I have decided to return the favour.
