Dairy Queen (Treat)

Came in at 8:30pm Sunday Nov. 16. There were two young girls working. One with a short style hair cut and one with her hair up. I waited in line 10 minutes while they were both whispering personal things to this one customer maybe it was their mom. i finally left and got my husband to go inside. they helped him right away and gave him attitude for no reason. we had just gotten excited news and wanted to get a nice treat. not a good way to finish off our night sadly.

Came in about an hour before close and an employee cleaning the bathroom came out wearing gloves, proceeded to wash their gloves instead of simply washing their hands and changing them and tried to serve us

Absolute worse customer service!!! I emailed my request for a cake topper with specific measurements. When I went to pick it up it was half the size I asked for. When I asked he reprint it as per my order the manager said I would have to pay for the one he did incorrectly. The place was Soo dirty and the manager had zero social skills! He actually told me he would lose $5 if I didn't pay for his mistake!!! The cake book where you choose your design was literally hanging off and it was a bunch of pictures printed from a computer looked Soo unprofessional. He's too cheap to even pay for the proper DQ book lol. We went to the one on country hills and got what we needed. Much better service and clean !

I recently pre-ordered a cake from Dairy Queen Evanston for my partner's 30th birthday, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. I emailed a picture for the cake design 3 days in advance, not really knowing how it would turn out. When I picked up the cake, I was absolutely blown away - it was the most beautifully decorated cake I've ever ordered. My partner was thrilled, and we both loved how it looked and tasted. The cake was so delicious that we finished the 8 inch cake in just 3 days! Thank you so much Dairy Queen Evanston for making our celebration even more special. This cake has become a part of such a memorable occasion for us. I'll definitely order more cakes from this location in the future!

we always come here every Saturday after my daughters piano lessons and the one time she dropped it as she got it they charged me for another one. Will be going somewhere else for my ice cream for the bad service

We usually go for great deserts here after Subway or Popeyes. Service is fast and the icecream consistently well balanced between frozen and edible. Even the toppings are better, fresher here than at other DQ locations we tried around Calgary.

Went with my friend. Got some kind of deal for $10 and was extremely disappointed. This was a while ago but It included 5 small microwaved chicken nuggets or something chicken looking, a small bag of chips and a bottle of 7up. I could have gotten the bottle and chips for less than $5 dollars at Superstore. The bottled pop and bag of chips really threw me off. My friend had a banana split and found a long strand of hair in it. We came back and asked for a new one and got NO apology. The staff looked very unbothered. She just took the split and made a new one without saying anything, no apologies, no customer service. One of the ladies also didn't have their hair tied.... no wonder. Will not be going to this location again.

Diary Queen was able to do a last minute order for me which I wholly appreciated. Love their cakes. The cookie fudge centre is a huge hit…

Someting very fishy in this location. Go to another one if you want the real dairy queen recipe. This place are cuting there ice cream whit water or something.
