Worst DQ. My son bought hordog and medium drink. I ask for refill, and she said no refill. I said i can pay. But she charge me for a medium drink 4.21 dollars. Ripped off. Im a regular customer in this foodcourt and will never buy from this DQ EVER AGAIN. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO. Her name is SAM.

Went In get kids cone then seen the size of the cone asked make me a small it was only 70cent more the coworker was very ignorant rude maybe she need new job and dairy maybe hire people that enjoy there job and not so miserable

I visited this location and ordered a medium Oreo shake, but the cashier charged me for a large instead. I know the price difference, and when I politely questioned it, the staff member was rude and dismissive rather than correcting the mistake. Customer service was unprofessional, and it felt like they didn't care about accuracy or customer satisfaction. Disappointed with the experience.

She put more slushi syrup in a small slush than there should be in an XXXXL slushi. Not sure why they would do this as it only taste like fake sugar and is absolutely gross.

Wasn’t that great, Not the greatest dq I’ve been to. The orange Julius strawberry banana I got was quickly made, it had chunks of ice in it and it melted so fast. My hot dog was microwaved, thought it would at least be grilled. But no choice to finish it, paid $39 for it all.

I came to redeem a coupon I obtained from this location a few weeks ago and they refused to honour it because the beverage I obtained it from was apparently the wrong flavour of smoothie. Never spending my money here again. Looking at other reviews, I see this is just their standard operating procedures. Spend your money elsewhere.

Put in a cake order over a week in advance. I called the day before 4 times and left a voice message to confirm the order. Just went to pick up the cake and it was not ready. Very very disappointed.

I had a disappointing experience at this location last night. The woman at the front was extremely rude. I always order a vanilla Moolatte, and brought a friend with me to try it, but yesterday I received one that was darker than usual and without whipped cream. When I inquired about the missing whipped cream, she sighed loudly and added it, placing the drink on the counter without a word or even looking at me.
The drink itself tasted off and was incredibly icy, with chunks of ice that made it difficult to enjoy. I had to chew the ice before swallowing and it made my teeth feel sensitive. After a few sips, I couldn’t tolerate it any longer, so I returned to explain the issue. Instead of addressing my concerns, she argued with me and suggested I should have ordered a milkshake. She then asked me to pay for another drink.
After some back and forth, she grabbed the two drinks from us and threw it in the garbage aggressively. She made the new drinks but again placed it on the counter without any apology or acknowledgment, turning her back and saying “ugh.” The second drink was watery and tasted like milk with chunks. After a few sips we just threw the drinks away.
This was a terrible experience and the worst customer service I’ve encountered. I will not be returning to this location, especially given the numerous negative reviews about her. It’s clear that retraining is needed.

They always refuse people redeeming their coupons on the app, they keep on saying the system is not updated and cant scan the coupons. Stop lying!! You guys just do want to do it! Wont come back to this location or recommend anyone coming here.

Yesterday , I bought a cake from the place located at sunridge . I seriously don’t like the cake . It was not worth it . I spent so much money on the cake and can’t even have a one bite of the cake because it was so bitter . I had to through it to the garbage . Very bad experience.

I have ordered two cherry Sundays and box of ice cream the old Indian lady there got me the box and went in the back straight to work with out washing hand or put gloves on and start bagging the ice cream with here bare hands this is unacceptable anyone can get sick they need to hire people who know how to run the store and train their employees right really unhappy with what I have seen and won’t be back again
