What an absolute joke of a DQ, 24 degrees outside and it had to be 40 in the store, must not have AC, 3 blizzard’s melted before even walking out the front door! It’s sad to see you pay a premium and get garbage treatment! I said to the guy, must be hard to keep the ice cream cold in here! Go to a different location you will be upset with the garbage they hand you!

Whenever I order blizzards, they only mix in the top half. The middle of the cup to bottom is only vanilla ice cream no blizzard mix ins. Other Dq locations mix it completely.

Always seems a little rougher than other locations.

An ice creme restaurant that can't run air conditioning? It was stiffling inside. The result was our sundays were melted even before leaving the store and the chocolate dipped cones looked awful. Very disappointing.

Been ordering here over Douglasglen because the cakes were always better until this last visit.
Ordered a chocolate brownie extreme cake, made it home to realize there were no brownie bits on the top. Cut into the cake and it was hardly frozen and the cookie fudge layer cracked making the next cuts harder as the top of the cake slid off. Disappointed and hoping someone can reach out to make it right.

The absolute worst DQ I have ever visited. The level of incompetency,customer service, and skills clearly shows right from the moment you enter. Five young adults working and no one taking your order all out the back gossiping, avoiding taking my order. I asked for 2 cones double dip, it took two attempts, and an entire team laughing at two coworkers for messing up. The ice cream was not double dipped, and by the time we got out, it was melting. Management pay attention your hires need some serious training.

Been coming to this location for the last couple years and always been great. We've been noticing over the last few visits though that the blizzards have been melting right away. Not sure if the machines need to be fixed but hopefully something the management team can look into.

The store was 35 degrees and unbearably hot, when we got our blizzards they were runny and melting due to the heat in the store.

Customer service is not their forte. You almost have to grab someone as they will just ignore you.

Start off by saying the staff are amazing here, the problem is that it is extremely hot in the building making it unpleasant to enjoy your food.
I feel so sorry for the employees that have to endure that on hot day.
It’s too bad I really enjoy the company of the staff but until they fix their AC, I guess I will have to go to a different location.
