Dairy Queen (Treat)

I bought a medium strawberry cheesecake blizzard and from more than half of the cup down it was only vanilla. Not much strawberry and cheesecake flavour at all.

The team and especially Jovi were super sweet and kind!!!! Thank you guys 🫶

I recently visited this Dairy Queen location with my children, and I was shocked by the extremely rude and unprofessional behavior of one of the female staff members, approximately in her 40s, with shoulder-length hair.
She spoke to me very disrespectfully, asking “what are you here for?” in a harsh tone, even though I politely told her I came to buy ice cream for my kids. There was no line at all, yet she told me to “stand in line.”

To make things worse, she was eating pizza behind the counter and started serving ice cream with the same hands — without washing them! When I respectfully asked her to wash her hands first, she rudely replied, “That’s none of your business.”

This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in a family environment like Dairy Queen. I request the management or owner to take serious action and ensure that such rude and unhygienic staff do not represent your brand. This was a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience for me and my children.

My experiences here with the staff were always so kind!!! Love the blizzards here!

Made the mixing bowl mash up without enough of the chocolate ingredient for it to match the advertised picture on the menu and argued which is when we asked about it. We get this blizzard from other locations all the time without issue. Couldn’t tell you what wrong with this location but I couldn’t recommend it. Try Douglas Dale instead.

What an absolute joke of a DQ, 24 degrees outside and it had to be 40 in the store, must not have AC, 3 blizzard’s melted before even walking out the front door! It’s sad to see you pay a premium and get garbage treatment! I said to the guy, must be hard to keep the ice cream cold in here! Go to a different location you will be upset with the garbage they hand you!

Whenever I order blizzards, they only mix in the top half. The middle of the cup to bottom is only vanilla ice cream no blizzard mix ins. Other Dq locations mix it completely.

Always seems a little rougher than other locations.

An ice creme restaurant that can't run air conditioning? It was stiffling inside. The result was our sundays were melted even before leaving the store and the chocolate dipped cones looked awful. Very disappointing.
