This is the 2nd time I've came by and tried to get something and the "back in 30 mins" sign was up both times. Both times they were waaaay longer. Closed for half of their hours.

Was at Southcenter Mall doing some Christmas Shopping and thought I’d use my Dairy Queen Pts to score a free mini blizzard… guess what, no such luck as this Dairy Queen location does not honor the rewards program for their company…. You can spend cash, but they don’t Give pts or honor pts….

We have been to this Dairy Queen multiple times and every time we go they have a sign on it saying “be back in 15 minutes” the restaurants beside this Dairy Queen in the mall say that they put the sign up and will sit in the back for hours and that they won’t be back. We have waited for 40+ minutes to make sure this is the case and no one ever comes out. The poor guy who runs this store could be making so much more money but because employees sit in the back in their phone and don’t run the store they don’t get any.

No burgers or any good hot food which was expected, the blizzards are the same as any other DQ. Workers are like never there, they are always at one of the tables talking with their family. They should be fired honestly, they do it everytime. Just go to a different store where the specials are actually offered.

- Did not have any of the “Limited Time” and only some of the “Signature Creations” Blizzards available. This is a very limited selection of Blizzard flavours despite what’s shown on their sign.- Did not accept the official DQ gift card, and said they only accepted the “South Centre Mall”gift cards.- Only had small spoons for the two large Blizzards we still ordered; no large spoons.Giving two stars because, despite the bad experience, the Blizzards still tasted good. Will go to another DQ location next time even though this one is so much closer to us.

For years we’ve had ice cream here and the staff have always been so friendly! Lately, we’ve been having a DQ treat with our grand-daughters at this mall location. Everything from a simple cone to their sundaes are so good and delicious!

This place should not be allowed to sell hotdogs.Start off by having your ballpark weiner microwaved. Then put on a wonder white bun. Then having no name cheddar cheese added. And remicrowaved to be partially melted.I had 1 bite and told myself not to risk food poisoning before going to NY fries for a real hotdog.Nothing will get me back to this location.

Signs are broken, burnt out, or falling down, but are also outdated. Trying to order from the signs is met with that they are from October and unavailable! The general vibe here as the last item in the food court is depressing. Southcentre needs to help the management here out.

Waiting my place in line and looking at the menu and notice the 2 young workers staring and pointing at several customers and laughing, obviously making fun of them, myself included. Will NOT be back

There was a sign they'll be back in 15 minutes so I waited. She finally came back dragging a bin and turned around to take the order, no smile no greeting, nothing. I told her my order and I was expecting her to wash her hands but she didn't! It could just be how she looks but she was staring hard that I felt bad ordering after she came back from doing trash. Customer service isn't for everyone but if you just handled trash, please I beg you to wash your hands. The counter is pretty high but I saw her grab the blender and put the powder and that's it. No faucet turned on in between. So disappointed and I'd be reporting this location for improper food handling.

Wanted a milkshake, Was just told by a young lady who had no interest in helping me, that they don’t have MILK. like what lol. this is just so funny to me

No hello, eye contact or thank you from either of the two employees. The younger one looked like she would rather be having a colonoscopy than be there. My mango colada tasted like blended ice with milk in it. Just a very strange experience I will avoid having next time.
