Dairy Queen (Treat)

They are the worst place you could ever go and you should never go there because they're going to keep on lying to you and there will never give something on your birthday even when they say you can get something on your birthday they lie to your face.

We've given up on this place. Thr Blizzards are usially half full of air pockets and poorly mixed, and the peanut buster parfaits are usually missing a layer of fudge. The restaurant itself is usually clean, but the staff are always super grumpy, and make it seem like your ruining their day being there. We'll be going to the Shaunessy location from now on.

Considering the price and the already shrunken product, the lack of “thick fudge” as well as peanuts was hugely disappointing.

Bad service, not friendly, unprofessional (lady was working in street wear with sandals) and portions are way smaller than other locations.

Dirty, messy restaurant. Service is horrible. People are grumpy. For the amount that you pay, you'd think they would at least fill your blizzard to the top. When asked to top it up, they argued instead. Worker was in street clothes and sandals. Not even in their uniform. We've given them a few chances now and it's consistent. Will go to the Shawnessy location instead from now on. We haven't had any issues there.

Went here multiple times in 2024. Friendly staff and quick service. Sometimes the amount of toppings can vary from order to order.

Dietary restrictions: If you have an allergy you can ask them to clean the blizzard machine, but that might not be enough for some if severe.

I love this branch it have so many special ice cream

Awesome to have a Dairy Queen in our community. I wish it had hot food as it’s only cold treats and hot dogs.
The cold treats are very good and they carry quite a few cakes and treatza pizzas (are they still called that??)
The staff seemed very knowledgeable about how to get many customers on a hot day through the line ups and keep everyone smiling!

Walked in to only 1 customer had a lady making a Blizzard with her back to me that did not notice me and that was ok as she was busy attending to previous customer but then another employee that looked bored and not caring walked to the front of the till IGNORED me without acknowledging or even saying that she will be right with me and grabbed a lid and carried on with her back to me so I left and went to sobeys and got my ice cream there which ended up being cheaper. This lady should not be in customer service as her actions speak louder than words.

I ordered a cake for my son’s birthday and asked for a specific anime character! They called me so confirm everything and were so helpful and did an amazing job for the image. I could not of asked for better.

The service here leaves much to be desired. In the past, my negative reviews were primarily fueled by the poor service attitude. Unfortunately, today, even with the arrival of a new Filipino employee, the situation remains unchanged. Despite expressing gratitude towards her, she merely ignored me, casting a sideways glance. It's perplexing how this store seems to perpetuate such attitudes. Will this culture of indifference persist and spread further?
