Dairy Queen (Treat)

Tried to come here to get my pregnant wife her ice cream craving. The time was 9:38. Door was locked. I knocked, the employee saw me, and ran way then hid in the bathroom and didn’t come out. I waited for a few minutes. She poked her head out and saw I was still there and closed the door to hide again. I know it was late. But it wasn’t like I was coming with 1 minute to go on the clock. Having everything shut down for what I assume was at least a half hour before close is wild. Say you close at 9:30 if you’re just going to do this. Place needs new management clearly.

They feed me well

Genuinely the best experience I've ever had at a DQ. I only came in to buy a holiday ice cream cake but the girl working there was soooo friendly and helpful. She didn't have a name tag so I'm not sure of her name, but she is of Asian decent. I asked her about the filling in the plain ice cream cakes and she thoroughly explained both those and the rest of the other options and features. I used a coupon from the app and she made sure that I scanned my app again to get the points. No idea why there are so many poor reviews here, they have the best staff I've ever seen!

Ordered a cake and it was ready for pick up very quickly. Keep it up

Went in on a lunch break with a couple of coworkers and we were greeted by Jamaica. She was incredibly kind and sweet, and kept the place very clean, there were even two awards on the wall about how clean she and her team kept it. Amazing experience

I usually enjoy Dairy Queen, but my recent visit was disappointing. My order was messed up the first time, and when they remade it, the person almost dropped my ice cream. Even after the second attempt, it still wasn’t right. I asked if there was caramel in it since I paid extra, and they told me yes, but I couldn’t taste any at all. For an extra dollar, I expected better. The staff was kinda polite, but the quality and attention to detail really need improvement.

If you want a yummy blizzard in this period of the year (Summer), this is the right place to go 👌🏼

Huge shout out to Dairy Queen Silverado for going above and beyond for my son’s 4th birthday cake! They always impress but this one was out of the park!!! He was one very happy 4 year old today!

They didn't accept cash 20mins till closing and the blizzards were only half mixed.

Not Friendly

We came at about 8pm. The place slowly started to smell like manure till it was so bad that we had to step outside. The lemon lime slushy tasted like medicine. Dont go there

They did the MOST amazing job.
I went in person to order this cake- and they took my order, it was so quick and painless. Showed up a couple days later and it was ready for me to go. They went above and beyond.
