Had a good conversation with the manager after a recent review that I placed about the business. Jenny and I discussed some of my concerns, she was open to the feedback and her and I came to an understanding about quality, and consistency. I can greatly appreciate that she took the time to call me and have a conversation and can now forward the feedback to her staff to deliver great and exceptional customer service and quality product.

Customer service is rude. Ordered peanuts to my banana split for $1 extra. Got 10 peanuts. Counter lady was laughing with other lady and speaking Tagalog so not sure what they were saying. Not addressing my complaint.

No prices listed for blizzards on the menu. They said they ran out of large cups after I ordered. They offered a medium and a mini size. Fine. Then they called out my order moments later and it was a large cup. They got me confused with another customer who ordered after me and they ran out of large cups for him.
So now the verbal contract of the medium and mini to replace a large I agreed to was for someone totally else. Maybe he wouldn’t agree to that. But anyways back to my order.
They also didn’t flip my blizzard upside down. Thought they had to?!?! Also a receipt wasn’t offered.
My roommate ordered a hot fudge Sunday and the fudge was very light. Only on the bottom edge of the ice cream and cup. None on top, none was draped over like the photo on the website shows. Maybe some training is needed and quality control because it’s a very poor experience.

It had been a while since I went to DQ. I was honestly shocked when a peanut buster parfait was over $8. It's basically a sundae with peanuts!

Penalized for needing non-dairy Dilly Bars. I excitedly purchased 2 boxes of dilly bars with the bogo coupon I got in the mail. When I got home I realized we left with the dairy verson instead of the non-dairy dilly bars we needed. I called the store and explained that I needed the dairy-free version and would pay the difference. The manager insisted the coupon was only for original dilly bars and not the dairy-free versions. But the manager finally agreed to exchange the unopened box and I sent my husband to make the exchange. When he got there the manager didn't honor her word and my hubby paid for a new box so my kids could have a treat. I will never shop at that location again.

Arrived to have a fun treat with my child but was disappointed to find there are no seats. There are two long counters along the window, but no stools. Staff didn’t greet us and ultimately we just left 🤷🏻♀️

Wanted to order the Choco Brownie Extreme Blizzard today, but instead of the chocolate brownies asked to have peanuts subbed instead - SUBBED, not added. I order this all the time throughout Canada as I travel a lot for work - Halifax, Vancouver, Toronto, Winnipeg, Regina, Saskatoon, Edmonton, Red Deer, The Pas, etc.. even the DQ up the road across from Southland Liesure Centre here in Calgary. Yet THIS location has the gaul to try and charge me a $1.09 'sub' fee.
Nope! Never. Despite living just around the corner, I will never purchase anything from this location. A $1.09 fee for a SUBSTITUITON!?! dream on. The sale was cancelled and I walked out. Good riddance!
@DQ customer relations: While I appreciate your quick response to my complaint, I had already reached out to your comment site from your webpage. Your response was simply that corporate allows each franchisee to set their pricing/policy within corporate guidelines. This means YOU allow price gouging like this to happen. Nothing has changed at this location since my first contact as evinced by this most recent encounter.
This location has permanently lost my business.

They always do a phenomenal job and actually still pipe pictures on the cakes with piping gel. We always tell them to be creative and we get the best cakes here. Visited June 6 around 1:30 pm. Store stank of raw sewage and was still open. Asking the only employee about the overwhelming stench and she said they were having construction in the back of store. The store should be shut down if there is raw sewage present! I left without ordering.
