Had a great experience at Derma’s Café. The staff was extremely polite and professional, and the customer service was excellent. The girl who assisted named Sukaina was very nice, helpful, and attentive. Really appreciated the warm service. Highly recommended

I waited 12 minutes today for a simple shawarma wrap. The girl took her time and did not seem in any rush. On top of that, the food was not that great. Very disappointed. Would not go back there again.

Ordered a super beef donair. The worker charged an extra amount beyond what was shown on the screen, plus 5% GST. Immediately asked him for the receipt, but he denied it, saying the machine was broken. I hardly encountered any dishonest store like this. Food quality and amount were also ordinary compared to other places in Calgary. Waste of time and money.

Quite nice. Keep in mind that getting a crispy donair or shawarma will take a bit of extra time, because all sides are done. Worth the wait though. The pomegranate molasses is amazing.

Came here a few days ago to try out their version of the crispy shawarma as I'd seen a lot of videos online and images.

To start, the service was pretty slow, it took almost half an hour for the shawarmas to be ready even though they were only working on one other small order at the time.

When I got home and tried it, it tasted good, but it didn’t really look like what I’d seen in the videos, which was disappointing. I’ve had crispy shawarma elsewhere where garlic and pomegranate molasses are usually included, and based on images online, it seems like those should be part of it. Mine didn’t have either, and I wasn’t asked about adding them.

From the moment I walked in, I knew this place was something special. The warm welcome, the delicious aroma, and the cozy atmosphere made me feel right at home. The food was absolutely outstanding fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The service was fast, friendly, and professional. Every detail showed true care and passion.
