We were running late, called them and they took care of our guest who arrived on site before us and showed them to the table. We had a wonderful lunch unbothered by the lunch rush, and our waitress took such great care of us. We had a great business meeting and didn't feel rushed by staff to clear out. It was an amazing lunch business meeting.

We were seated in the back area in a booth away from street view. It was dark (some difficulty to read menu) and it was actually very noisy as we were surrounded by dark wood flooring and a low ceiling, which to me increased the noise level. It was very hard to carry on a discussion across the table without a little shouting. I would not sit in that area again. The front seating area had more lighting and didn't appear to be as noisy. Our server was excellent, very attentive and quick to fulfill all our needs. Food was excellent, great menu selection and reasonably priced. Food was delivered quickly, a great service when you only have an hour for lunch. I would recommend for any occasion, just sit in the front.

The servers took 30 minutes to bring water to our table of 5 people. Not a single interaction up until we waived them down. Then it took another 30 minutes for food to arrive, and one of the dishes was undercooked.

Weirdly very quiet for a Friday night downtown. One of two tables on the patio. Service was great, food was good. Could have had a bit louder music as it was just super quiet outside. Would probably come back.

I had business guests from US this week and we ate twice at Owens Landing. we were very impressed with the menu and food quality. Service was excellent. I will be going back regularly .
Wasn't a particularly busy day, so the restaurant was nice and quiet. Amazing service by Lea. Food was very good too, especially the chicken wings, tacos and sweet potato fries! Steak was ok but could have been better. Ambience was lovely. Nice touch by the restaurant giving the Mrs and I complimentary glasses of champagne and dessert after a long overdue date night. Highly recommended!

Food was amazing. Service was good at first but then our server disappeared and did not check in at all after dropping the food or reappear at all: Someone else took our plates and brought the bill when we finished. Overall good food and good value. Will dine again.

I think this place could have so much potential.. It is a beautiful room, great patio, but the food is mediocre at best. If they can provide better quality I think they would be much busier.. With so many options downtown, this place will suffer.. I have tried to support them on 4 separate occasions and each time the food has been a disappointment. The service is meh too. They have done a good job with comping their mistakes, but each time we have been there, they have had to comp meals.. They have a great location, nice room.. But these days its just not enough!

Might have been a bad day, but it took 30 actual minutes (no exaggeration) after being seated before we flagged somebody down and were able to order water. Once that finally occurred, the service did try quite hard, but I was late for a meeting despite allowing for 1.5 hours at the restaurant. For that, I would be hesitant to return. Otherwise drink prices are reasonable for 2024 and my friends really enjoyed their meal (poke bowl and salad). The burger I ordered was dry and I'd try something else if I returned. My fries were good.
I booked a business lunch on short notice and found a great table. Madison, our server was nothing short of fantastic! Very professional, always kept our drinks topped off and made sure that we had everything in a timely manner. Looking forward to our next visit. Thanks again for wonderful experience!
First time here for the Valentine's Day experience, we were not greeted for about 8 minutes. A manager then took our drink order and we started our coursed meal. They were unfortunately out of one of the tomato bisque from the coursed dinner and were offered an appetizer of the main menu. The app came before our first drink order. You could tell our server didn't know much about the dinner offering they had on that night. Our desserts came out before our mains did and had to be sent back while we waited for our mains. The food was good but was lacking in the service department. For a $200 plus bill my girlfriend and left unsatisfied about our first experience here
Extremely disappointing. I took clients there for lunch and everyone's food was subpar. It used to be decent but has gone way down hill. Service was very slow, drinks took over 20 mins to arrive and lunch showed up at 1pm. I will not be going back !!

The server was fantastic. Food was underwhelming. Prices were far too high for what you receive. When comparing this restaurant to others in this category, like earls, joeys, moxies, this place would be at the bottom of the list.
