Best donair in Calgary hands down. I get the mixed chicken and donair wrap and it's the size of my arm. Really sad the other location isn't open anymore, but if you're anywhere in the south this is worth the drive.

One of the best shawarma and donair places in the city hands down. Absolutely fantastic flavour in all their meats and their donair sauce is the perfect consistency and not too sweet. The guys who run the place are so friendly and personable too. Can't say enough good things about Deagla!

We had the pleasure of visiting our friends @deaglarestaurantcalgary, and as always, they did not disappoint! Their new Donair Rolls were an absolute hit—warm, crispy on the outside, and perfectly tender inside. The seasoning was just right, not too spicy, and the sweet sauce paired beautifully with the savory donair flavors.

Next up was the Chicken Shawarma Salad, which was a fresh and satisfying option. The chicken was juicy and well-seasoned, complemented by crisp greens and a delicious garlic dressing that tied everything together without overpowering the dish. A great choice for those looking for a lighter, low-carb meal without sacrificing flavor.

Finally, Chris had a 3 lb Chicken Shawarma, and it was everything you’d want in a classic shawarma—tender, well-spiced chicken, wrapped in warm, soft bread with all the right toppings. The balance of flavors and textures made each bite incredibly satisfying.
