Use to come here consistently 2x a week and it was wonderful, I stopped going due to inconsistency the food has gone downhill. Every time I asked for medium rare striploin, I would get well done. The chicken breast was baked or cooked for 35-40 minutes, very dry,

After not going to dedicated healthy kitchen for 6 months plus, I decided to give it a try today April 2, 2025. I was not pleased, the representative asked how I’d like the steak cooked, I said medium rare. I also ordered a chicken breast.

Striploin steak came out well done, chicken breast lost its taste probably due to overcooked and was very dry, I found it difficult to eat.

I remember letting the representative know previously about the striploin being cooked as well done, they replaced the well done striploin with a new one, the new one was still well done. At that time both myself and the representative was annoyed.

Juices and customer service amazing, but due to poor quality of food, I will not be back.

I came here to have breakfast for dinner. I hear lots of good things about it for lunches, so I'm happy to come back to try out their lunch, and edit my review.

I ordered a cappuccino, it tasted watered down, it was not great. I also ordered the pancakes. Now I'm a pancakes freak so I have high expectations. They come with protein powder which I don't care for. It gives of a grit taste to them. The yogurt on it was a nice touch though.

Honestly I didn’t even order the food I just tried my friends and omg he payed 22 dollars for half an avocado and some dry chicken the shrimp was fire everything else though especially the oat meal was outrageous 22 dollars is highway robbery

You want both delicious and healthy? This is your go-to place. A variety of choices, super tasty smoothies (can recommend the one with dates).

I had the prawn curry and it had nice prawns and beautiful vegetables, but the sauce was so bland, no flavor at all. Disappointing.

Honestly, I have tried almost every meal service and they are by far the best. I find that the chicken is so well cooked and doesn’t taste dry and chewy like other companies. I also like the wide variety of meals and I have only had one meal I didn’t love which is quite good!! Usually, I get sick of the meals after about a week, but I’ve been doing dedicate for about a month now and it’s been amazing. They’re also super friendly upon pick up and the price is quite good for the value. Overall, big thumbs up!! ??????

If you're ordering from home, definitely worth it. Or going to the restaurant itself. If you're a contractor like myself. Don't forget to bring your own utensils they refuse to provide utensils... You can click the toggle requesting utensils and even take the extra step of adding special instructions to each one of your items in your order requesting cutlery... You will not get cutlery. 3 days in a row now. After the first day, when placing the second order, I took the time to call the restaurant, provide the order number and they reassured me they'd provide utensils. No utensils... Figured third time's a charm. No go... The best part about today. I got an empty straw wrapper for my beverage... I heard of recycled straws but this is a bit much

Great place with lots of balanced meals that taste great. I've tried several dishes and all of them have been great. I love that I can order a delivery of salmon, veggies and rice for a decent price. I love that the veggies are a generous amount and not just 4 asparagus sticks. One of my favorite places to get a quick meal or delivery.

Would give zero if that was an option. I don't support a company that professionally betrays their loyal, hard working staff. That's not slander it's the truth. You wanted to leave on good terms but that ain't going to happen since you can't professionally betray someone and expect them to continue to have a good relationship with you. It ?just ?doesn't ?happen?. The only advice I have for you as an employer is maybe don't fire your loyal, hard working staff and keep the lazy ones who sit on their a$$ all day and do nothing but hey that's just my professional opinion.

Didn’t have a good experience today. As a family trying to be cost conscious we’ll do our best to still support local restaurants and order directly with restaurants to avoid exorbitant third party food delivery fees.

We tried to call Dedicate to order our food and after numerous attempts we couldn’t get through to the restaurant. On Google, the option is available to order on DoorDash for the customer to then do storefront pickup (ie not have delivery to your house).We looked into this option but found the DoorDash option hiked prices up 20% from the Dedicate website, charging an extra 20% for the ability to pickup your food from the store is just insane.

I then decided to go into store to order food for the family. I ordered food which includes a side rice. I’m told the waiting time is 15 minutes, I’m fine with given this is fresh food.

Well waiting I watch the front counter staff push phone calls through to ignore!!!

Eventually I get my food and when I got home the side rice we ordered was not there. I tried calling but no one picked up.

Food was great, experience beyond disappointing. Restaurants should be looking to support customers in this tough time not rinse them further.
