This place is incredibly authentic. It's a real hole in the wall spot for Korean banchan. The soup hits just right, not too salty, with the perfect amount of spice. I can't believe it took me this long to find this gem. If you're craving real Korean food that isn't oversalted, you’ve got to check this place out.

This is a great little shop. The owner is so nice and friendly. When you buy some food, she will give you detailed directions in preparing the item, if you ask. Her kimchi is also the best in the city. That’s right: best in the city! She also makes new items all the time and they are so good. I recently bought some thinly sliced pork with onions in this sweet and spicy sauce and it was very delicious. This is my go to place in Calgary for authentic Korean cuisine. I would describe this place as a small grocery store which transports you to Korea. Very authentic atmosphere and the service is fantastic and personalized. Come check it out, you won’t be disappointed.

I love its authentic Korean homemade side dishes to go , daily fresh made rice cake , sundae , frozen packed soup and many other stuff. The homemade style dumplings are so good when they were freshly cooked. Price is very reasonable. Hidden gem for real authentic Korean meat and side dish store.

The Kimchi here is better than what I’ve had in Korea… little funky though, so it’s an acquired taste… but if you dig it, this is probably the best kimchi you’ll ever have.

Literally the best.

Came here because I heard it had great quality meat. I ordered thick cuts of samgyupsal and was heavily disappointed.. either the belly of the porkbelly hardly or any meat at all and just the fat. I heard this place was great but probably won't buy meat here again. There other stuff like jokbal looked delicious, but the quality of the meat not so good it was also very tough and grainy.
