Recently discovered this place. Perfect for the small or big appetite. Dumplings come in different portion sizes and can be mixed & matched between pork, beef, chicken and vegetarian. I like the pork and chicken The most. The lady working there is also very sweet.

Food was ok. However, when I visited with my baby, staff told me to make sure to keep my baby warm (this was a snow day). Didn't know Deng's also serve unsolicited advice. Thanks random lady I just met, it never would've occurred to me to keep my child warm. Next time, keep your opinion to yourself.

The best dumplings I've ever had. They were so delicious, im still thinking about them. The lady was really friendly and gave us a free chili oil. The dumplings took maybe 10 minutes to make and were so hot and fresh when we got them. I would go out of my way to go here again next time I'm in Calgary!

Fast. Fresh. Friendly! Food was great - Fresh out of the steamer and stellar sauces (including the chili oil!), Staff was friendly to my children and brought enough bowls for us to share the soup.
They have beef, pork, vegan option, and now chicken!
Half dinner was perfect for us 3. Will be back!

The food was great! Seating is limited, there are two small tables with two chairs each, and 4 bar seats. The interior is clean and a nice atmosphere. 11/10 would recommend
Delicious dumplings in a great little hole-in-the-wall shop. This is not a place to go if you are in a hurry. It's a one person operation with limited cooking space. You will be waiting a bit for your food. But it's tasty and the lady working was super friendly. We got the half family meal and it was a lunch for two adults that left us with full bellies in need of a good nap. I will be making it a point to return every single time I'm in the area.

These are the ultimate in comfort food dumplings. Big, chewy tasty little pillows of yum!! The staff member was friendly and informative and it was a pleasure having a chat with him. I found Deng Dumplings on TikTok and I’ll definitely be back. Wanted to share photo of dumplings but couldn’t stop eating them.

I bought frozen pack to bring home while ate there was yummy but my frozen pack all stuck together try and pull apart and whole dumpling falls apart
