My husband, my two kids, my mother, and I went here for lunch on a Sunday around noon. It was quite busy, but we were seated right away. At first, the service was great they took our drink and food order right away. Then our experience went down hill, it took 35 minutes for us to get our food which was all cold when we got it, we never once were asked for drink refills and instead had to ask for more by flagging someone down each time, and even though the restaurant was clearing out the service did not improve. When we mentioned most of our food was cold, the waitress was apologetic and offered to replace the food, but did not want to wait another 30 minutes for food. She brought out some hot hashbrowns and luke warm hollandaise to make up for the cold food. Overall, the experience wasn't great. We have been to Deerfoot meadows and had a much better experience.

Went to grab take out for the first time at this location. Got home to find the pancakes were burnt and raw in the middle. Forgot to take a picture of the rest of the meal as it was all burnt as well. Service was so rude and terrible as well.

Our server took more than 10 minutes to bring our menus, she did not know the menu, she had to return 3 times with a drinks menu and take our orders. My steak was not cooked to medium rare, it was blue rare. The crepes were not prepared properly. My hashbrowns were cold. The toast was not buttered. Bacon and sausages came from the kitchen dried out. The cook dropped the ball on this order and the manager and server had to apologize and picked up 50% of the bill. We were given an apology desert for our troubles.
Seems a bit crowded and chaotic every time I go there. Slow service, but friendly. Coffee isn't great. Food is very good, menu varied, lots of options to customize. Parking is pretty bad, often need to park and walk a bit.
