Deville Coffee in Kensington? Seriously good stuff for a first visit! The second I walked in, it just had this great vibe – super cozy and smelled absolutely amazing. I tried the hot chocolate, a cappuccino, a grilled cheese, and some banana bread, and honestly, everything was spot on!
The hot chocolate was rich, the cappuccino was perfectly made, and that grilled cheese? Pure comfort. And the banana bread was the perfect sweet finish. This place is definitely a keeper for kicking off the day, meeting up with buddies, or just chilling out for a bit.

I ordered an latte with Oatmilk and it didn’t taste like coffee at all it just tasted like hot milk and the barista was very rude when I asked her politely to fix it, the wrap I ordered was also cold in the middle and tasted strange. Also why no medium size? Only small and large, very annoying and bad corporate decision if you ask me. This was all over a week ago and I am STILL extremely upset. I would not recommend you waste your money at this “establishment”.

This is a great corner place that does perfect flat whites, great hot chocolate, and I really enjoy their sausage breakfast wrap as well. The staff are friendly and welcoming too. I highly recommend this place.

I really love Deville. I live nearby and come to this location all the time, but I find it very inconsistent. I die inside when one of the “new” baristas make my drink. You can hear the milk screaming when they steam it because they don’t aerate it properly, and my latte has no foam, no aerated bubbles that bring out the sugar in the milk, and no latte art. Very disappointing for such an expensive item.
