Very disappointed in this location. The drinks are inconsistent, one day they’re good, the next they’re horrible. However, the absolute worst part of this Deville is the staff! They are unwelcoming, and have a sour face from the moment you walk in. If you hate your job, quit. Don’t ruin the experience for us… I hope management reads this.

Today I visited Deville for the first time. The girl named Carina was very kind to me and helped me choose a drink. She also treated my child to a free chocolate bar. The coffee here is very good, I recommend it!

The atmosphere in this coffee shop is effortlessly laid-back, with soothing music that makes it easy to relax. The taste of the espresso is simply incredible—I haven't had two double espressos back-to-back in a long time. Highly recommended!

Coffees have been a hit and miss at this location. Prefer their drip coffee or cold brew, cappuccino and flat white were okayish. Love the atmosphere and decor of the place so I do come here once in a while to study/work. It does get quite busy even on weekdays.

The brunette girl in the green tank top was so attentive and welcoming. She offered to remake my matcha latte even without me asking because it wasn’t a slushy texture, and she offered to put the seating back outside when she saw me looking 30 mins to close. Really rare customer service and I appreciate it wholeheartedly. Wish I got her name!

Cute coffee shop with multiple locations (this one is on 11 ave). Seems like a great cafe to work or just lounge as there is ample seating both indoors and outdoors. I ordered the blueberry scone, black Americano and an iced matcha. The scone was a bit too sweet and also very thin which gave a more bread like texture when compared to regular scones. The americano was good however the matcha tasted just like milk and had a very subtle matcha taste. Overall, it’s a nice cafe but I the drinks are not the best I’ve tried.
I was told they don't take cash and did not have a card on me. Not impressed with the experience here.

I absolutely love Deville coffee, I’ve been to this location a couple of times and did not enjoy the customer service experience, the cashier is a bit smug and not as friendly as I’ve experienced in Kelowna, Kelowna downtown Deville coffee is absolutely amazing, they are so welcoming and friendly, I will check out other locations in Calgary since this is the only one I’ve been to so far and have been disappointed. Hope I have better experience at the other locations.

Great service and atmosphere, but sadly my husband and I won't be coming back because it's the 3rd time in a roll that a Vanilla Oat Latte makes us sick. I don't know if it's the milk brand, coffee beams, vanilla syrup, or how the milk is being steamed... So if you have any dietary restrictions, I'd skip it.
