sometimes there are signs posted warning people about the food but the desserts are always good. If you don't attend the university of Calgary then it's not worth itParking: there is no parking specifically for the dinning center

I love this place. The food doesn't taste like typical cafeteria food. There are plenty of vegan options.

I've eaten here multiple times, and each time the server is rude and self-righteous. They lack respect for students in the front, and I can only wonder about their treatment of the food in the back. They consistently refuse to serve the food I like and insist on saying "please" for every comment about the food. While some servers are good people, others are downright rude, negatively impacting the taste of the food.

The food here overall sucks. Everything is bland. The chicken is dry than sandpaper. They like grounding the beef for mostly any beef dish which sort of ruins the flavour overall. They have no concept of using seasonings in their food. Its either bland or it's gonna be filled with totmato puree which makes sauces and curries really sour. Sometimes they have a tofu stir fry which is like really really sweet. Their deli and desert section is probably the only decent thing there. The pastas that they make is bland. Adding cheese doesn't really make it that better. They have a wide variety of soft drinks and juices which is good. But overall spending money here is just a pure waste. The thing in the picture is their "CHICKEN SHWARMA WRAP". You can add condiments and other toppings but at the end it really doesn't taste good.

I had my dinner today from the landing,I looked at their menu and went for dine in but it really disappointed me.i have started with their beef donair and the meet was not even flavourful and fresh. The meat tasted like raw and there for ages. The chicken sandwich i have tried was also didn’t feel the chicken fresh at all.TheBasa fish really disappointed me.further i have stoped my dinner, and went out of dine in.I am wondering how the residence students are eating those.Basically it feels like i wasted my money for the dinner.I wouldn't recommend the Landing for dinner.

- Well-lit with daylight with around 300 seats. Good to bring your laptop along. There’re plugholes for you to charge it too- Very wide range of food, fruits and beverages. Food is not particularly good or bad. Just wide variety and affordable- Keep your receipt so you can go out to toilet and then come back in- Technically you can stay for the whole day unless you go to toilet and got caught with your receipt- You’ll need to put your bag outside the dining area without lockedPrice:Breakfast: $11Lunch: $14Dinner: $17(?)

I was visiting my daughter at work. We had lunch there. It blew my mind how drastically the grounds have changed since I worked there a number of years ago.

I had a fantastic experience dining at the Landing Student Dining Center. Their extensive menu options cater to a variety of dietary preferences, including gluten-free, dietary-free, and vegetarian choices. Additionally, their commitment to accessibility, with wheelchair-accessible facilities, is commendable. It's a place that truly values inclusivity and offers a delightful dining experience for everyone.Vegetarian options: Vegetarians, rejoice! The Landing Dining Center has an exquisite selection of vegetarian dishes. From savory classics to creative innovations, you won't be disappointed with their flavorful meatless offeringsWheelchair accessibility: Smooth ramps and automatic doorways make it effortless for all visitors to navigate comfortably."Dietary restrictions: For those with dietary preferences or restrictions, you're in for a treat. The Landing Dining Center offers an impressive array of options, including gluten-free and dietary-free choices, ensuring everyone can indulge in a delightful meal.

Food can be under-average, especially the pizza. They will change the name of the foods to sound fancy, but whether they say its greek, italian, ...etc, they just do that and use the same ingredient to make the same food.utensils are not always clean and sometimes have left over food on them, you need to check them before using them. Some of the chefs are very condescending. When they actually attempted to make certain dishes, they made entirely different dishes and added ingredients that should not be added, when given feedback about that they refused to address it properly, their feedback was "it's healthy" , it was not even healthy.Overall, the people working are wonderful and cheerful, the higher management I feel like is the root of the issues.

We spent three days in Calgary in May, at the university, for our daughter’s volleyball Nationals. We booked several dorm rooms along with the food vouchers for the three days.My wife and I found this to be very convenient and affordable. The University staff have been very kind and helpful every time we ate here. The food was delicious and fresh and, although there was not great variety, it was enough for our needs. (It is off-season as most students had gone home for the holiday already)I would definitely recommend getting food vouchers for the Dining Centre.
