Been going on Sundays for well over 15 years for NFL season. This used to be the place to go to watch NFL
Enough tvs to get every game
tvs were labelled with what games would be on it
our server of the last 10 years was amazing and the restaurant was well staffed to handle the 20 people watching NFL for 6 hours, refill drinks, clear tables etc

Now, they have new mgmt and new staff, our server for the last decade was let go
the new server lasted just a couple weeks
the new new server looked so frustrated today and she could not keep up on her own, she has no support staff to refill coffees and clear tables.
who knows what tv is showing what game, in fact they aren't usually fixed until well after kickoff now

I no longer get excited to there on NFL sunday. I might very well have to boot people out of our table because they no longer bother putting reserved signs on them.

The waitress today was AMAZING based on her superhuman effort to serve approx 15 tables

Dixons, fix your mess please or next season we will look for another NFL home

My group of friends has been coming to Dixon’s regularly on Sundays during the NFL season for over ten years. Unfortunately, over the past couple of months, the experience has declined. We’ve noticed that the restaurant has often been staffed with only one server.

Today, our server apologized, acknowledging that the situation was overwhelming for her to manage. While we’ve been patient and hopeful that things would improve, we can no longer continue to wait. If we don’t see any changes we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Awesome service and staff! Great nachos, very cheezy. The mini yorkies looked good too! Everyone in our group were happy with their food and drink orders. So, fab bartending.

Went for brunch. It was quite empty but the place is so nice. Food was decent, classic pub breakfast.

This place is a wow 👌 I had the smash burger and the only thing u recommend is adding gravy to dip the burger the service was great she was always on top thing we'll taking other tables the music hit the spot is was a good vibe

Came here to celebrate a couple of friend's birthdays. They had the upstairs reserved for about 30 of us. They assigned one waitress for us but we probably could have used two. She did a great job serving everyone but you could tell she was a bit overwhelmed at times.

It was nice to have the whole upstairs as it made it more private for our large group. The downstairs didn't look too busy though. Food was great. My wife and I shared Caesar Salad, French Onion Soup, and Beef Dip. Very well done although they forgot the dip for the beef dip but that was fixed quickly.

There is plenty of parking outside and it was easy to get to. Would come here again.

They don’t treat their employees too well.

Overcharged on our order. Seems like maybe new staff and lots of confusion. Not the end of the world but not a good experience.

Jenna was our server on a busy night, she knew her job 110%. 😃

I have been going to Dixon's for years but this will be the last time for me. I order a pacific beer and I got a cheeper craft brand. I was also charged the more expensive brand of beer. This is not the first time this has happened to me from Dixson's but it will be the last time
