I order extra sauce but always seem to end up with extra of something else getting the reasoning it’s the recipe. Not impressed with a very basic order and how it is delivered totally opposite of what I asked for. Hopefully others get better luck.

We ordered the 2 14”pizza, but they were only 13”. We are your loyal customers and hope the manager can investigate and show your respect to the customers. Don’t do this because it can destroy the Domino’s business and reputation!

This Review is long overdue, I don’t even know where to start? By how rude and incompetent the manager is or how unprofessional he is? Customer service is 0. I ordered food there a couple of times and it was bad so I thought to myself we all have bad days it can happen. The next which would’ve been the last time I ordered was online and the prices didn’t match with what I was offered so I called and tired to fix it over the phone and or to see maybe I placed my order wrong, the girl on the phone couldn’t get off the phone fast enough so she said we will fix it when you come in to pick up. Long story short was the manager said that I’m always complaining even though I didn’t even say a word about the garbage quality pizza they had delivered the past few times all I said was they need to have a more transparency on their online order so when you add something it shows that’s extra. Customer service is not a part of this managers policy and satisfied customer aren’t either. So I highly recommend to all of you hard working people to spend your money where it’s appreciated and they value your business for example small businesses like Sal’s Pizza.

Ordered our pizzas online 20 minutes away from the location so we could pick them up on the way home (app said they would be done within 18 minutes so perfect timing) Got to the store and our pizzas were thrown out the guy said. He said he called me twice and I have no notifications on my phone of any missed calls or calls from dominoes. Had to wait another 15 minutes for pizzas. No discount was offered and the guy was not apologetic at all. Second time this has happened at this location so heads up if you order from here to call and make sure your pizzas are actually gonna be made.
