Pizza was delivered to the wrong address. Said they would give me a 5 dollar credit. Pizza still didn't arrive for another 20 minutes. Save your money and your time. My address was correct in the app and I even put the address in the comments as this has happened to me once before.

Called 2x to confirm my order was received. Showed up at center street location. Waited, waited, waited asked where my pizza was? Says "oh we don't have it". Showed them my calls, told younger female it was $12.59 in my cart. She even said your phone number ends xxxx yes, shows my order was placed. They forgot to make it Simple as that!!! Still nothing, then girl takes my order and wants MORE$$$. WTH?? Now they want me to wait another 15 mins. 1/2 price 1/2 the TOPPINGS. Young guy NOT using gloves, touching meat, chicken, etc. Younger female just smirking, ignoring my concerns then Abil gets into the conversation and says "we're busy" no apology, nothing offered for THEIR error. They will NEVER get my business AGAIN and I will be sure to tell others about their crappy service!!

Domino's messed up our order by adding cheese to a cheeseless pizza. They delayed fixing it and eventually asked us to return the pizza after we removed the toppings. The manager ghosted us after promising to call back. Disappointing customer service from a big company like Domino's.

Very disappointing experience considering I usually order from here and have never experienced anything wrong before today. I ordered a medium pizza for delivery today at 9:20PM and everything was fine coming up to when I went to pick up the pizza. As we live in a duplex, I usually just put in the notes “do not knock” just in case the driver drops it off at the wrong house, which was a mistake. I searched around the entire perimeter of the building as well as the neighbouring houses when I went to go pick up the pizza and it wasn’t there (later we did find out that was accidentally taken by our upstairs neighbour, who then immediately gave it back) My dad and I then go to the store to figure out what happened only to be met with poor customer service. We were fought with and pushed against instead of being offered sympathy and solutions like you should when you’re dealing with an upset customer. Both the delivery driver (assuming his name was Blair based on the delivery tracker) and cashier did not care about the situation nor did they offer any solutions. I’m not one to look for hand outs or anything but the least you can do in this scenario is listen and be kind instead of waving us off like we were a nuisance. Overall I will not be ordering from this location again, and I recommend that anyone reading this does the same.
